My transfer season also seems as good as done. One draft signing, maybe one FA and I suppose that's about it. Still a bit disappointed I couldn't get Tekle though.

Great deal concerning Basso. Would have been weird if MVH kept him despite all his moaning.

Regarding Basso: I never asked about him. Just remember seeing in the Cannondale HQ that Sagan and Basso were out of bounds.

1) Does money have a use outside transfers (buying riders and free agents)
2) If not what happens to the money we have left at the end of the transfer season? Does it carry over to the next transfer season?
3)Is Degenkolb,Terpstra and Chavanel available?

All these questions have been answered several times already..
Money will be converted into upgrade points, but it won't be much. And the transfer restrictions are limited to the involved teams.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Right, Paul is having some serious issues with moving on. Maybe someone can talk to him and convince him to stay? If not, I'll open the OPQS spot tomorrow.

He gave it before. 1,000 = 1point. 51,000 money means you can go 50>51 (as i understand it)

I think those were just a first idea but not final yet. Also there could be further limitation in terms of who is eligible for upgrades and so on....
I prefer to know them sooner since I want to know them before finally knowing whether I want to trade Dowsett or not ...
And I guess other managers have equal thoughts so it would be important to know it very soon!
