MTN, what are you doing?
MTN stated after letting Gerdemann go, that they totally want to focus on one day races and GT`s.
So having lots of those classic riders like Boasson Hagen, Goss, Farrar, Ciolek is good to have to be competive in all of them.
Bos probably might be more for GT`s and pan flat classics. |

Brajkovic is definitely showing a lack of ambitions.
Also it should be confirmed that Hutarovich and Nocentini will leave AG2R. Can't remember if it has been mentioned already.

Both intresting departures. Nocentini, quite a nostalgic one since his stint in yellow in 2009 saved AG2R from a horror season. Shame he got injured this year since he showed it last year, he's still a quality rider. Huta leaving them leaves them with only Dumoulin as a ''sprinter'' however Daniel may develop to a decent rate since next season possibly.

Maybe Nocentini will sign with Androni?
Also Pardilla will leave MTN. A possible signing for Alonso? https://www.cyclingnews.com/news/repor...tn-qhubeka

I read Pardilla has 2 offers from 2 "not spanish" PCT.
"@cobblesandhills Según informa @EFEnoticias, Sergio Pardilla no seguirá en MTN-Qhubeka. Tiene ofertas de otros equipos extranjeros."

Pardilla would be a good rider for Team Bora in case Machado is leaving as well.
Not having heard a lot about both to be honest. |

Don't you think he would be unsatisfied with being a domestique for Nerz? Or would you recommend him as leader in smaller races? However, with their new focus, I seriously hope, they won't sign him - or is it just me not thinking of him as a guy who could achieve results?

Well first of all, if you want to compare both, look no further than the Vuelta and see that ignoring the early time loss of Nerz due to lending a wheel, they're on the same level.
And 5th in Burgos or 12th in Suisse looks promising enough to lead a PCT race imo.

I see him more of a helper for Nerz in GT`s and a rider like last years De la Cruz, who can go for himself in smaller races like California etc.
That said a top20 in a GT is surely more than most Bora riders can achieve. |

Nah, I don't think you can compare them. Nerz was working all the time for Sanchez and had no real reason in riding until the end (except he wanted to show himself he could do it, as he stated). Pardilla was really the GC rider of his team and though he had no real help in the mountains, that makes a very, very big difference if you ask me.
I'd agree with roturn and see him as Nerz's super-domestique with freedom in minor races if he would join. Still, we shouldn't forget there's no reason to assume he will go to Bora - or do you have any information on that?

Nah. Just the info that he has 2 non Spanish PCT offers and I considered, what would be nice to see.
Those Flanders focused Benelux teams are unlikely imo.
So I thought about Bora next to Cult and all the others. |

Bos has never had the strength or recovery for a GT. Don't know how that would start now.
And we have to remember that they aren't guaranteed a wildcard to every GT.

I actually meant GT`s and other stage races.
As I can`t see him winning the classics. |

Two more great signings for Team Bora,
Phil Bauhaus from Stölting showed a huge improvement this season. Should be good for some sprint wins.
Emanuel Buchmann signs also for 2 years. He showed great climbing talent in the last U23 races Avenir etc.
With Konrad as well for 2 years this is lots of talent.
Haven`t heard anything about Krieger yet, if he gets a contract as well. But I really hope so.

I'd rather call it a shitty move from Bauhaus who, at least in my impression, was committed to stay at Stölting for another while who now really lack a point scorer.

Can't really blame Bauhaus to choose the better contract, but it certainly looks bad to say "i'm staying for 2015" and then suddenly sign for another team. |
