So I think my rider is now at 144 spent points, I have 145 because I`m 19 so 130+15. If a now make a +1 upgrade on endurance I'm right in or am I wrong? Maybe it's because i`ve been ill for 2 months now but I can't see whats wrong!?

Name: Carlos Bonilla
Age: 23
Nationality: Costa Rican
Riders type: Unsure as of yet, leaning towards a hilly sprinter (Michael Matthews) or a Voeckler/ Alaphilippe fighter with good hill/sprint stats.
Short bio:
Carlos was abandoned as a baby, but his tanned skin and cute brown eyes got him adopted by a cycling-mad family, who splashed half their little amount of cash on a tv to watch the feats of Pantani and Armstrong (Shut up). Try as Carlos might, he couldn't be like his idols. Not good enough up long climbs to be a Pantani, not good enough on the flat to be a Cipollini. However, as he continued his development, three riders became his idols: Voigt, Voeckler and Spartacus. Of course, he also went mad for Amador, and now he is a pro cyclist, just like he always dreamed of. He is a joker with friends, shy and quiet, but friendly with new people. Will he adjust to the (relatively) high life of pro cycling? Does he have the talent to succeed?
Only time will tell.

Fighting climber, purito/Schleck style!
Doing minor stage races as a 12 year old, Juan was disappointed in his time trialling, having worn red for previous stages before disastrous time trialling let him down. Usually up hills he just won sprints, but alas, that was not enough.
So next stage, he attacked up the popular training climb of the pros, the Col De la Madone, with 30k to go. He made 6"17 on his rival, a prodigious time triallist. He lost 1"47 the next day's flat ITT.
This style would become a trademark of his, earning plaudits and comparisons to other great fighting climbers.

They said he had no talent. They said he couldn't win a single race. How wrong they were.
He knew he wouldn't be a Schleck, or a Petacchi, or a Cancellara or any of the guys who won majors, GT stages of the world's. But one man he always looked up to was Jens Voigt.

Indeed very balanced riders, and with those fighter stats, they should get a good amount of action

Are you sure Asquez is 19 years old and not 21? Because 21 years would be correct sum with the points.
Other two are correct.

A New Rider
Well, since Pietor has retired, I suppose I better make a 3rd rider at age 21 so everything adds up, if everyone is ok with this I guess. Lets hope some managers still have team spots!
Name: Anders Myrvold
Nationality: Norway
Age: 21
Date of Birth: 20th October
Short Rider Bio:
Anders grew up on the island of Svalbard, Norway. Having lived for all his life In Longyearbyen, it was a big shock for Anders when he first moved to somewhere with cities of more than 2000 people! Svalbard was initially ran as a coal mining outpost for Norway, but by the time of Anders' parents, it was a thriving area. Anders' parents worked in the tourism industry, educating the growing flock of people who came to Svalbard every year. In some ways it was an idyllic childhood. It is easy to take natural beauty for granted if it has been staring you in the face for your entire life. Despite a lack of transport infrastructure, cycling was not a method of transport Anders utilised. Most of Svalbard is under almost permanent snow, so snowmobiles are pretty much the only way to get around. However, in the long days of summer, Anders was straight on his bike, taking advantage of any moment of warmth. The ice and frost tested his bike handling, but even so he was never a fan of slippery cobble stones, even later in his career when he travelled to Belgium. At the age of 17, Anders went to mainland Norway to study. His talent for cycling bloomed in and around Oslo, allowing him to showcase his talent. Even while keeping up with his studies, Anders spent ever increasing amounts of time on his bike, though never for very long at a time, as he worked and studied almost non-stop. Eventually though his talent was spotted by local sports clubs, and the legend of Panserbjørn from Svalbard was born. Anders dominated the local circuit, winning almost every race, but especially the short time trials and inner city criteriums. His huge figure powered his way up the hills almost as well as on the flat, leading to the despair of any rider who tried to race him. Eventually, it became clear to everyone involved that Anders was too strong for the domestic circuit, and he was picked up by scouts, first for Norwegian teams, and then... the big names came a'calling.
Stats:
