At this point I'm going to ask everyone to let it go, as it's seriously killing my motivation to continue.
Paul, my advice is: Sleep over it, if you still feel shitty in the morning, feel free to leave. I can't force you to stay, even though I hope you will.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Yes Luigi, I believe after this transfer period there will be a time to sign FA's.

@Ollfardh
i may overreacted at some point. I still can not understand why you canceled those deals, but ok. Its your decision.
But I still cannot accept, that for me every deal containing Degenkolb is a no-go. Why is it still forbidden for me to sign him. It can be no 3-way deal, because TMM already sold Pinot to Trek.
@Silvio Herklotz: thanks for backing me up a bit.

Well, the decision is final, so yeah, please think about it.
For the Free Agents, that will happen next week, when the 2nd draft round is done. The transfer season is still open, so you can still do transfers. If they're not given money by then, Kittel, Dani Moreno and the great Del Pino will become Free Agents as well.

I'd recommend to give people enough time. F.e. bikex said he's away until 6th, so he should have enough time afterwards to still do the transfers as he was away for the whole transfer period already..

Well for what it's worth: Thank you for saving Omega Pharma's cobblesquad - and identity. OPQS is THE cobblesquad team in the World Tour, definitely not some German Fanclub Team consisting of Tony Martin, DegenStache and Paul23.

@Shonak: kidding? everyone, even Ollfardh tells me to cut in my cobble department, and you think now that he saved OPQS from losing their identity? thats seriously trolling isnt it? if Ollfardh wouldnt have mentioned it, i would have never sold any of these guys.
On top of that, if the way i want to build my team, hurts you that much, why dont you just look at the fact, that i wasnt finished with my transfers. I wanted to sign more belgium guys(cobblers btw) and some cheap allrounders. I wanted OPQS to perform well the whole season. Not only to 5 races/season.

Yes, obviously I am bit kidding. About the german fanclub part and that.
But, as far as I'm aware Ollfardh told you to sell one CBS guy in order to finance Cavendish, who you were big time complaining about not being able to keep. You went ahead and sold Stybar, Terpstra, Chavanel and Van Keirsbulck. You almost demolished one of the greatest CBS squad since Mapei Days in a few transfers. So, am I trolling? Nope, but maybe your transfers.
I'm really not interested in having a discussion about this though and I don't even actually feel like responding to your post. It's your team, go ahead and do with it as you please. Just don't expect people to like it when you abandon its key-philosophy.
For the record: I just wanted to share a light-minded post of relief.

Degenkolb, as well as a few other riders i had in mind, would have increased that cobble quality again....Not to the point where it all began, but still good enough to play a role in those few cobble races.
I will look onto this tomorrow. I will maybe leave, maybe not. We'll see. I am just sick and tired from so much. I could make a video about my pcm daily experiences since i took over OPQS. Would be hilarious to watch for you guys. With bad luck, failed transfers and punishments all over the place.

@Paul: Come on, please get over it. It's not like I don't understand you are upset, but if you would just quit now, that would make nothing better. Please don't take everything so serious around here, it's about the fun and role playing in EPIC, not always about who wins and if everything is fair.
At least that's what I think about it, so stay with us - for the fun you have with EPIC.
PS: As I await people complaining that EPIC is always fair and balanced, I'd just like you to take a look at ICL first and make your decision on that taking the "not perfectly worked out" upgrading and resigning systems into account. Hence, for me at least, EPIC is about having fun - not about winning...

@Silvio
Thats what i wanted, fun. But its not fun for me if i work out a transfer all day long, just to let someone ruin it. He said this talk kills his motivation...He just killed my motivation en passe. Sorry, but thats not fun to me. You guys don't have any plan how hard it qas to get the deal settled...especially because nacho didn't want to sell Degenkolb.

These two posts reflect my opinions on this whole issue exactly.

Uh, I have no quarrel with the three-way deal and I think it's legit as any deal here but I find it strange that - despite Ollfardh's notification to wait with the deal - people push it through anyway. Since when does stop mean go?
Silvio Herklotz wrote:
I kinda understand why people don't like how this worked, but I just wanna point out (a bit similiar to Paul) that all of this could have made look like normal deals if those guys just included serious money.
If they had just dealt those guys around moving some money as well, nobody would have noticed whats going on, just by the way..
But moving on now, I've got some questions to ask now about future transfer deals that I had assumed would be allowed.

Seems not to an Australian Team Basso wanted to stay in Italy where he will no doubt finish his career.
I'm pretty happy with my team now: Rosa, Basso, Tarramae, Capecchi, Santaromita, Rubiano, Chiarini. All non custom riders and good Climbers/Stage Racers. Gavazzi, Arashiro, Petacchi, Frapporti for Kawasaki's support.

Kind of sad I missed so much of the transfer season.
Leopoldo König who I hoped to make an offer for is already gone and as well my draft choices.
I'm listening to offers for Purito and/or Moreno. Please pm me when interested. I'd like to get a younger quality stage racer for Rodriguez (preferably Eastern European) and money for Moreno as I need to resign him. |

LLS: No, I didn't offer for him. MVH said that he wasn't for sale.

Don't think anyone is interested in this and the decision is final, so accept it and move on
Seems like the transfer season is done for me and only got 4 riders left on my shortlist ( all polish )
