Not saying that they have podium material in any terrain. But they have decent guys for all kind of races and just because some of them had a weaker season, this does not mean, they did not focus on those.
You obviously can`t have the no. 1-3 in all terrains within one team. But this would need a 20mio budget I guess.
Belkin has a podium candidate in cobbling with Vanmarcke . And Boom was there this year, but not next year.

BMC, Belkin, OPQS, Katusha and for parts also Garmin, FDJ and Trek were pretty all around I think.
Maybe OPQS but no, the rest are not all-round
I don't think you need to be superior in all disciplines to be all-round. OPQS is imo, kinda over the top, with having GT podium candidate, TT beasts, monuments favourites nad one of the all-time best sprinter.
Die hard fan of Tom Boonen and Quickstep since 2004.

Katusha is the only real WT all-round team atm.
They can compete in every single field and they can win every kind of race.
1. They can go on the podiums of the GTs.
2. They can win Ardennes.
3. They can go in the top-10 at the cobbles classics.
4. They can win flat classics.
5. And they have a lot of amazing domestiques, not as much as Sky ofc, but still.

OPQS has all of them too.
Totally forgot of them mainly because of Uran! I always think he's still at the Team Sky, my bad.
Looks like they are signing most of the second tier German riders. It would be nice if they could also sign a sprinter in that way, pity Arndt is going to Cofidis IIRC.
Nerz is by far the best German stage racer (next to Tony Martin I guess, but he is more focussing ITT`s nowadays)
Thurau was progressing very nicely last season riding aggressive and just missing the big results. Working a bit on his tactics might help him and this is what Denk wants to improve the most.
I guess with 1st tier riders you mainly mean the top sprinters like Greipel, Kittel, Degenkolb and time trialist Tony Martin. But other than those, I think they got some of the better Germans in especially as the 4 above wouldn`t join a PCT team I guess..
Sprinting wise they still have Bennett, who should be one of the best PCT sprinters and some solid backups like Schorn and Krieger for smaller races.

Really? Where have you heard that? I may have missed that, but I pray he won't.
Thuraus is indeed a very good signing. And Bora is probably one of his best options anyway as it is one of the teams granting each rider lots of freedom usually.

I know he's past his best, but surely many PCT teams would look for a solid rider like him.. But to be fair, he might have chosen Dubai because of the money. So..
