b) you even asked for cav and chava, after they were sold...and i dont remember an offer for velits or stybar from you...on top of that, i honestly wanted to not give him stybar + velits, but my phone was so slow, and i was writing with LLS at the same time, and my phone made me crazy, because it was so slow. I really didnt want this Dennis deal to end like this... What about Chavanel=400?

If you can't remember me enquiring about Stybar and Velits then your phone isn't the only thing that's slow
No but seriously, check your PMs.

Chavanel = 400 was part of the 3-way deal.

Could you post the exact 3-way deal?

Right, first of all my apologies to TMM, I had people over at my house and couldn't make time to write a decent response to his PM. In the mean time we had another lenghty discussion here after the entire Wiggins soap, but to make things short, I asked Atlantius to look into this, as I was interested in 2 of the 4 riders involved in this deal, so I definitely needed an outsider opinion.
Other points have been posted here, but I pretty much had the same conclusion as Atlantius. It's not against the rules, but it is against the spirit of the rules. It was a all one big transaction intended to bypass a rule, camouflaged as 3 seperate actions that were not against the rules. So I make the following decisions:
- The transfers involving Chavanel, Pinot, Degenkolb and Terpstra are cancelled.
- To prevent similar constructions, I'm also not allowing any future deals regarding those 4 riders between TMM, Nacho and Paul.
- There will be no fines or other punishment for bypassing the rules, as it is a grey area and everyone gave me honest information when asked.
- Any future "bypassing" of the rules will however be punished, and that goes for everyone.
- If other people want to make a deal that might look weird, send a PM to me first and wait for approval.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Well it was a tough decision and I have mixed feeling about this, cause I was in touch with Paul and Nacho, who were very interested in getting this deal. But it might be the correct choice
Also thanks for listening to my proposal

Seems fair to me. Ollfardh's decision is final so let's continue with the Transfer Season.

Anyway Pinot is now sold (said it wouldn't make serious difference to me) for a slightly weaker but younger and possibly more popular version of Chavanel.

#FuckOllfardh
on top of this, i was in contact with TMM way before this about Chavanel. He bid 30k for him.
Nacho only wanted me to sell Degenkolb, if he gets himself a GT guy.
I only helped him securing a GT rider. If that is forbidden, I will stop right here and give another guy a chance with OPQS.

You tried to get around the rules and got caught. If #FuckOllfardh is your best reaction at that point, then indeed it might be better that you leave.

I didnt got caught...we told you about these plans...If we had tried to keep it secret, i would have no reason to be angry at that point.

You asked me some vague questions, it wasn't until Nacho posted the deal for me that I realised you guys were trying to get around the rules. Again, I will not give any of you an additional punishment, but the deals are definitely off.

It's not against the rules, but it is against the spirit of the rules.
I'm with Ollfardh on this one. Like it or not, the three of you were trying to bend the rules for your own benefit. Cancelling the transfers might be a bit harsh, but if it was known that the transfer was being investigated then you have no one but yourselves to blame. We don't want this game descending into ManGame levels of skulduggery do we?

I'm disappointed I'm not going to lie. In my opinion all I did was sell Degenkolb and buy Pinot but oh well, moving on... Paul please stay in the game, I know you really wanted Degenkolb but there are many possibilities. |

But TMM easily sold Pinot, so he didnt care...Degenkolb was my main target during this transfer period.
If we had posted those 3 deals not that close near each other, everything would be ok.
We made 3 legit deals. Period.

I kinda understand why people don't like how this worked, but I just wanna point out (a bit similiar to Paul) that all of this could have made look like normal deals if those guys just included serious money.
If they had just dealt those guys around moving some money as well, nobody would have noticed whats going on, just by the way..
