Supposedly the reason why Cavendish hasn't signed for Sky yet is that Sky want his image rights and Cavendish wants to keep them

In the Cycling Quotient transfer overview, he's already confimred (doesn't have the '???' next to his name). But I hope this change will confirm Cardoso's talent, where I think he can be the main sprinter and shine in the Spanish races.

It involved a garmin rider on the verge of signing a contract with BMC. I've heard that the rider in question might have recieved a better offer at a different team.
