I'm pretty sure that's a jersey of somebody leading a race with Skoda and Coop as classic cycling sponsors on the shirt but it's not a team both are sponsoring I'd think. With Skodas history I guess it's a youth shirt.

That would be really funny, but no It is an amateur shirt (he turned pro as a stagiaire later that year), but to the best of my knowledge not a leader's jersey.
