What have i been saying for at least two editions now?
I honestly would just adore an edition that bans dance-pop or has some sort of genre/decade theme/limit just to give us some variety.

You need to take into account the language barrier as well - not all understand what the song is about. I've learned that the hard way in my debut appearance. There is a pattern that songs sung in English get the nod, because they are more understandable to the listener.
I didn't understand a single word of the Friesland entry. But the music was good and the lyrics were still rythmically there. Ok some of the impact is lost but when compared to something like Allez Ola Ale it's not even close even if i can understand the later. There's more to music than understanding the lyrics.
That it's an Electro/Dance Festival might help us (Germany) as we are a different thing even being in the home language and a calm song...so vote Gloria guys!
