3 years is the usual time. 1>3, 3>4, 4>max.
Make sure he reaches lvl3 this season, otherwise he'll be worse than he could be in the next 3 years, and it obviously takes 4 then.

IMPORTANT
As we just had this occuring on Twitter:
EXPERIENCE WILL BE ADDED IN THE BEST POSSIBLE WAY FOR YOU!
It is not chronologically added, so no need to race many C2 races before C1 races or HC after C1!
So a lvl 1.97 rider will get 3 points from a C2 race in October first before, now on lvl 2.00, 2.5 points from an HC race in January will be added.

Thank you. I asked that question on page 50, but it didn't seem to be answered.

XP gaining has only been like that ... since forever

And as Ive said before, the field able to ride Avenir is usually a good barometer of whether youth development is in order. It has slipped recently, but now it is on the way back

I have a question regarding Avenir. The eligible riders are decided from their exact born date? I ask because Avenir starts at 20/8/2013 and Denis Karnulin is born 18/8/1990 so i suppose he is shitly not invited? Why cant he be born 3 days later!
He is too old - just

Stagiares are allowed to part at the L'Avenir?
Might have a look at my first stagiare this season^^
Yup, they are.

So as we already talk about Avenir: Riders loaned out can be selected by their owners first? I currently have 9 eligible riders for this year
Ideally youll come to an agreement at the time over which team colours he rides for.

Grosu will have problems with Zabel though, he's 93, so many years of Tour d'Avenir for him Anyone know who got the most stage wins in the race? Could make it a personal goal to beat that (Now to find a leadout-stagiare)
I cant recall if anyone has won stages in multiple editions, but each race tends to have someone who wins lots. Luke Rowe recently. Phinney when he won GC, Gesink when he won GC, etc

Making some prelim race plans:
Can I assume that my loanees will recieve 20xp from Avenir? I.e. can I get them to 2.80 and then have the Avenir experience bring them to level 3?
(and don't worry cio, Demare will have max racedays and I have him preliminarily at 3.30xp after Avenir.
I do not want to break my loan contracts, but I would like to maximize the racedays of my prospects and better domestiques.

Avenir xp gets added before anything else.
Imo, CT teams should be wary of commiting to loaning riders AND giving them 2 increase levels - dont let the team loaning out the rider demand too much at your own detriment! Its easier said then done, especially when the idea of the CT teams was they they focus on C2 races.

^What SN said. I'm surprised so many CT teams let riders join with a 1>3 clause. Remember you won't get to join every C1 race you applied for, and you might end up being forced to race a lot of C1 races you're not interested in.

And If I had a CT team, I wouldnt want to be in so many C1 races anyway! Fighting against teams with double your salary cap will be a largely frustrating season, except for the likes of Arroyo!

Is that responding to the file I sent you?
I only gave him 8 racedays in C1, not counting the ones I need to reach my goals. I'm not sure if I want to send him to those races yet, so I just made sure to get invited to them. I have no puncheurs, so I have plenty of racedays left, even if I sign up to every flat race.

I brought up Arroyo because he is a rider you can expect to do quite well in C1 races.
We'll see when the season is underway whether some CT managers have made good choices in their calendars or not

Stupid question perhaps, but are sacked riders immediately available as free agents?

I would assume 7. Duo Normand is just the 2 and the ITT is 3.

Simple question, I know that Continental teams are not affected by this if it exists, but for PCT and PT teams is there an amount of riders that has to be from your primary and secondary natonality's. I thought it was 50% but now I am not so sure. I'm sure I saw it somewhere but maybe I am making it up.
Thanks |

Why can you only send 3 riders to a TT, though this topic says every C2 race has a max of 7 riders? Gonna cost me some leader racedays
