Some nice NCs! Once again, you did a good job to make simple look very good!
Thanks a lot! Simple was the aim, and I am happy to have them work out like I did. I tried to add more design similar to the main kit, but it just wasn't right
Another race and another National jersey for the La Poste team for next season!
Before the #MGNatChamps, we had targeted the Gabon NC as a priority, and we all eagerly awaited the race start.
Sadly, MG cult favourite Amadou Bakari stole a march on our guys to comfortable take home the Road Race title, but thankfully we had Geoffroy Ngamdamba ready to go in the time trial and bring home the victory.
Spoiler
Upon hearing the news, our designers got to work and very quickly produced a fantastic jersey for Geoffroy to wear in all races against the clock next season.
The team still have four races to come at the Nationals, and whilst chances could be more limited, there is still the hope we can add further to our jersey haul so far...
As the #MGNatChamps came to a close today, our Management team suddenly realised that we had a forgotten jersey to reveal... Our Tunisian National Champion - Maher Hasnaoui!
Spoiler
It was a fantastic ride from Hasnaoui to claim the Tunisian title ahead of UBS's RafaĆ¢ Chtioui, and we are delighted to have him wearing this great jersey for the next season.
The victory by Maher meant that we took a National title is all of the African races we took part in, but sadly we couldn't say the same in the Non-African NCs. We are yet to break our duck in that department.
In what will be our final post as La Poste p/b Mavic before we officially become Haute Route p/b Mavic, the management team were delighted to hear that they will be promoted to the PCT division for the 2017 season!
After much rumour and speculation, Team Manager Phil Hoyle received the call from the MGUCI to confirm our rise to the 2nd tier of the MG ladder. Sadly the news came following the disband of fellow African team and friends Kenya Airways - Dimension Data, with many of the team worried to the whereabouts of team manager FroomeDog99...
With the announcement made to the PCM.Daily Community, the entire Libreville office has been working overtime to make sure the correct documents are submitted in time and that we are in the right place come the start of the transfer window. All we know is one thing... we will aiming big next season!
