Biography/Character description:
Damiano was born in Torino. His parents were both university professors, so they were pushing Damiano hard into studying. But he clearly didn't care about school and was fired from two schools in his teen age. After a few arguments between him and his parents he moved out from them and found a work in Milan. He was working in a few bars and here he met Mario Rizzi, because he was visiting bars very often. They started to talk to each other and Mario brought him to the cycling team where he started his career. Damiano showed he has some talent for cycling, especially his stamina was wonderful. After a while Mario brought Damiano with him to the next level and Damiano started to ride in Pro Continental. Anyway, Mario changed the team after the season and they were both going on their way.
Now, after a few years they are together again in World Tour! Damiano is very hard working and friendly guy. He is always in good mood and with the smile on his face. He could really help Mario Rizzi to settle here and perform better with Damiano on his side.

Biography/Character description: Once a highly acclaimed college prospect at Stanford University, he left the sport to start a family. He joined business world and lived a semi-successful life. He was living the American Dream with his wife and young daughter.
But he always missed cycling and hated his job in advertising. He vowed to return to cycling one-day once he family had settled in. So here he is, joining the team on a limb now that his daughter is 4 years old.
He knows the paychecks wouldn't be huge but it will be enough to get him and his family through. And it's worth it if he can live out his dream to be a professional cyclist.

Since the team is now full, it's time for the next step: peak races. First up, the leaders, key domestiques and climbers can send me their desired races which they want to peak. Also, other desired races can be sent, as well as a request to 'receive' domestiques for a race. For example, if you're lead sprinter and want to aim for the green jersey, you can request the lead-out to come with you, or some riders for the sprint train. PM please
After this is finished I'll let the others send in schedules as well.
Edit: No deadlines, but please keep the pace high. These schedules will play a role in the team presentation, which I do want to finish as soon as possible.

The normal domestiques and neo-pros can now also send in their desired schedule, or at least desired peak races. For the WT, the following amount of spaces is left in each race (if race is not mentioned, all spaces are left):
If a race is full, the riders deemed most suitable will get a spot, those rejected will get an opportunity to change their schedule.
Be as detailed as you want. You can request anything from a flat schedule for availability throughout the entire year, to a full schedule. The domestiques who already sent in their schedules () have not been taken into account (however they don't need to be resent), except for those requested by the leaders.
If leaders etc. want to add some races to their schedule they are free to add some races (WT or non-WT) to their schedule, of course by PM.
No deadline, but please send it as soon as possible.
Work is in progress. With the academic year having started it's just not going as quickly as hoped. 1/3 of the team presentation is done, plus a part of the schedules.
