The problem is I don't know how to make my equipment useable, I'm not sure if I can just upload the files I have? |

There is 21 slots still left with Selwinks post, these can be used for Helmets, Wheels and Frames. So if you have a custom set of equipment, that you want to use instead, then use this format :
Team Name :
Frames Added : Yes/No
Wheels Added : Yes/No
Helmets Added : Yes/No
New Link (Full) : (All your equipment here with link)
