Okay. In that case, you probably like Froome riding style and his handling abilites, where he's just shaking like an alien and like someone who has Parkinson's disease for years.

If you don't have tolerance to listen to other people, you should not post stuff yourself on public forum.
If you post something here, then you will get a response.
And if most of people are against you over here, it surely means problem is with you. So take your medications!! |

Stop it, all of you, next one pushing it too far gets a nice reminder..
This is a thread about this stage and not about who you actually care about or which rider is boring or whatever.

Really?
Majority says 1 thing and that is therefor 100% true?
Wow. Just wow.
Besides i fully understand that most disagree, but it seems to me that you guys have a problem with me having an honest opinion about a rider.
After all i believe you have been bashing me every single reply, since i posted my controversial opinion.
Says it all doesn't it. |

IMHO if you don't have anything nice to say then just keep it to yourself rather than provoke people in here.
Great day especially for garmin fans

Its funny. In several other cases people have been saying they don't like a rider, but apparently there is special rules for Navardauskas here |

Didn't watch stage, but seems to be a glorious classic move by Navardauskas. Props to lakebeach for forecasting.
Were the crash(es) horrible? Who crashed from GC riders or sprinters?

not really horrible.
Sagan, Konig, Ten Dam, Bardet, Schleck are the only ones I can remember on the spot

This just was a stage for a Lithuanian machine!

Navardauskas is one of most likeable riders in the peloton, simply because he's an all-arounder, a versatile rider, he can punch very well, he can sprint very well, he can ride on flat very well, he has some great time-trial and prologue abilities and rides for Garmin, who gives him a chances to attack and sprint now and then, which makes him even more awesome. Then, he also comes from a non-cycling country, which also makes him a little bit cooler.
Therefore, he simply can't be and isn't a boring rider.
He is boring to me. And in the end that will always be an individual matter wheater you agree on these things or not
The way he rides his bike is simply just god awful.
Apparently thats no problem for you, but that bend over style he has jumps straight into my eyes, and i can't handle it.
Not many riders sit up on their bike when they are challenging for the win.
And I dont see how Garmin is boring at all, unless you mean they are likely one of the cleaner teams in the peloton and that makes them boring to you.

LOL. Yeah. Garmin are the definition of boringness. Who else in the peloton would be boring enough to put in the breakaway from the very beginning of the last stage of one week race a rider who sits 3rd overall (Dauphine)? And win the race against stronger rider that way?
Who else would be boring enough to destroy the peleton through continous attacks on a TdF stage that nothing was supposed to happen? (stage 9 TdF2013)
Who else would be boring enough to be consistently putting half of the team in a breakaway every single day through their superagressive tactics? (USA Pro Challenge 2012)
Not to mention an awesome team-work during races like Tour de Pologne 2010, Paris-Roubaix 2011, LBL 2013, Hesjedal constant attacks on this year's Giro etc. If there's one team in the peleton with enough balls to prevent the race from being boring, it's Garmin.
Btw. Navardauskas.
I was kinda angry he tried to attack, I thought he had a good chance for a top5 place from a bunch sprint there and it should be rather someone like Bauer who should try to attack. But I'm gladly proven wrong! |
