That transfer overview is a nice sight for me for a few reasons, and keeping in mind that we've always had fun transfer season conversations, I'm sure that tradition will continue this year
Although Jocelyn Bar really needs a very good deal, but you're certainly very aware of that now that he won't join the FA

I must admit I'm genuinely very curious to see who it is that interests you
As for Bar, we'll see. I could probably get a faster sprinter for a similar price, but I like the support stats he has. And him and Petit would be arguably the best leadout around for when I get a top sprinter |

Well...for now, let's just say that I've always lacked an allround TTer and that I sold my last Italian sprinters last transfers.
Yeah support stats are what I value in Bar a huge lot. And I already have Lander who will be very similar in them, but with 79 sprint (basically a Petit with better hills).
So that would be arguably the best leadout around for when I get a top sprinter
Wait.
I already have a top sprinter.

Have to give credit to Avin and FroomeDog for the idea, no pictures from me I'm afraid though, just old fashioned tables

I can see you doing really well next year with a lot of your talents now maxed out. The likes of Elissonde and Petit improving should really strengthen your team next year for a promotion push (if you don't promote this year of course).
Looks like you'll also generate a bit of cash from rider sales. Guardini being available is very interesting, I'm sure you'll receive a lot of interest for him come transfers. |

Even though my sprinters got not many results this year, Guardini was still the best of my trio.
Highlights surely being those 3 top5 results:
3rd, Stage 5, Tirreno-Adriatico
5th, Stage 6, Tour of Norway
4th, Stage 1, Vuelta a Colombia
Seeing that he is a potential trade, we might have some talks in the transfer period. That said, he is very similar to Nizzolo and I would like to give Krieger a few chances as well. So also depends on the division I will be in.
But with his stat line in 2015 he should definitely get some results for any team.
Guardini has one more race left in Praha. So let`s hope, he can add something to his palmares.
Quite interested to see what Petit can do next season with this high stat flat. Probably though needs some training in sprint or hills to become a very valuable sprinter. |

@FroomeDog: While a lot have maxed out, I'm only keeping 2 or 3 of them. But Elissonde/Gautier/Petit is a strong base and if I can add a few more pieces around them, then promotion should be achievable. Promotion this season would be far too early though, I don't have a single PT quality leader.
@roturn: Have to say I've been very impressed with Guardini this season, he's not looked out of place at PT level. Next season he could potentially win stages there, looking at the current sprinters in the division. Hope he can perform in Praha to help you stay up, I expect we'll speak in transfers one way or another

New Jersey v1 and Transfer Targets
Thanks to aidanvn13. A few more tweaks in the works, but I think it looks great already
On to the targets, listed in order of interest - more may be added later. All except Sicard are realistic for PCT in our opinion. Planning on being PCT, we're looking for 1-3 climbers (depending on Maillet and Bagot), 2 Puncheurs, 2 Time Trialists, a Cobbler and a Sprinter.

Romain Sicard
Thibaut Pinot
Alexis Vuillermoz
Alexandre Geniez
Johan Le Bon
Maxime La Lavandier
Julien Berard
Jean-François Camier
Puncheurs
Anthony Roux
Arthur Vichot
Mikael Chérel
Time Trialists
Morgan Kneisky
Emilien Viennet
Maxime Bouet
Pierre Rolland
Mathieu Bernaudeau
Ludovic Bret
Sébastien Ivars
Hugues Mottin
Stelly Robert
Cobblers
Michel Sibilla
Fabien Taillefour
Marc Machado
Sprinters
Jocelyn Bar
Romain Vanderbiest
Nacer Bouhanni
Geoffrey Soupe
Armindo Fonseca
Anthony Lavoine

Nice jersey this is. Well done Aidan.
And no big surprises on this list. Pretty much all the good French riders.
Roux is very likely to leave my team even though he is doing quite good recently. |

nice development, but weird why you make an 80 sp 82 acc available for transfer,
isn't that a good sprinter? |

I really like your new jersey, Aidan did a fantastic job once again! Nice choice of new sponsors too. No real surprise about your possible targets for the off-season. I only expected a few more Frenchies.

Because I want to make my team purely French and Sri Lankan. And someone will likely pay me handily for Guardini
@roturn: Pretty much all the decent French riders, a few of interest may be added in the new DB though - and I'm ignoring talents as well until then. The likes of Bacquet, Jules and Camier are literally plan Zs, but no harm being prepared
As for Roux, I'd say he's probably our 4th biggest target at the moment. But definitely our main puncheur target |

Very unsurprising that Bar tops that list after all your talk recently.
How I will approach my sprint squad for next season and beyond is really too early to tell for sure now.
Someone would likely handily pay me for him as well though, so that swap could become a possibility indeed.
We'll see.

So this year to is you who wants one of my riders, how the tables have turned
But seriously, nice to see someone else appreciates Soupe's abilities. His potential availability is heavily dictated by success with my own targets but as i say, "Any man who won't listen to an offer is a fool!"

Thanks for the kind words on the jersey everyone! Version 2 which I expect to be the final version is here now. Looks a bit more distinctive with the addition of the yellow, while in addition to our sponsors logos the Sinhalese and Tamil script for the word Ayubowan fit on the sides of the jersey. With the addition of the team name in the two main languages of Sri Lanka, we aim to highlight the two Sri Lankan ethnic groups equally and promote peace and development in Sri Lanka.

A good-looking jersey in both editions. The yellow should be much appreciated to distinguish it in the peloton during the season. I like the detail with the different scripts as well even though it won't b very visible in screenshots.

Ayubowan jph27. The new jersey and (assumed named) main sponsor looks great and totally in keeping with your recent narrative. Hope transfers work out in line with your planning, even if it means stiffer competion for us in the PCT. However it will be tough as likely multiple interests in any quality rider who there is even a hint of availability on the market. Look forward to re-engaging with you in the off-season whether in competition or cooperation..
