No need. If you want it right away just take the flag from Selwinks post and rename it to "romania.tga" and put in in the folder with the other flags.

I don't need it right away.
I just remembered that Romania has no riders in PCM (12, or 13) and not even a scouting zone.
If I want to make a Romanian story, I can't have young riders.

Wrong.
In the expansion pack Romania exist as an active scouting zone
...and there's several Romanian free agents as well.

You can! You just have to alter the database/ xml files, I did so and I was able to get riders from Kiribati and Sudan.
Ollfardh - Then 28 riders will be enough for Radioshack.  |

I have free riders, young riders, even a Romanian starting sponsor  . I just finished downloading the Expansion Pack and it's just WOW !

BTW, i think Po-ding has a laotian flag and khamsé khamphan has a north korean one. Not that important really though.

Good thing that someone are awake. I had accidentally mad Khampan North Korean and Po-ding Laotian.
Is fixed in my db now so it will be correct in the final release. Guess that's the disadvantage of not having the game to test the db in

I can't seem to get the flags right, even though I've correctly replaced the local.cdb for Atlantius' one and correctly put the flags in country_flags...

Only the "new" ones I suppose?
I assume all the other flags are in that same folder (sometimes folders change names in different languages)? Are they same size/format?

Right, time to wrap this up! Everyone has plenty of time to request extra riders. I was expecting a heated argument about Petacchi, but oh well
