Lets hope that ends wasted two years.
Already mentioned that Kangert extended 3 years with Astana. No surprise ..they get him almost free two years ago..today he is super team mate for GT and has been super stable every race he starts.
Taaraflop, as know by some portuguese people, the guy who this year has been crap because of asphma. Hope he recovers so he can fight for a top 10 in a GT at least. |

AKA Tamurai on Eorosport.
He was also suggested stronger asthma medicine. The way I understood it, the ones he used so far were quite weak. I think Cofidis doctors might have been overly cautious and afraid of prescribing sth strong.

Christophe Le Mével has ended his season. Apparently he over-trained.
When I think of how much Coppel under performs, and of the Taaramäe stories, it's crystal clear that they've got something wrong with their coaches there. Well, maybe not after all, they might just have none.
Jérémy Bescond (one of their nobodies, but a local for me ), has overcome his toxoplasmosis and started racing again (for little results) at the Tour du Poitou-Charentes. He had not raced since Turkey, where he didn't finish the race (already ill, most likely). He's a promising climber/puncher though.

Don't know. But it's happened to several pro riders these last years. I can remember Fyril Deffel, erm, Cyril Dessel, having the same, and one or two others whose names I can't recall. |

They have non. It was clear already at spring that preparation has been fiasko. Several riders overtrained...injured etc.
Taaramäe hired he's personal coach at may so far he has been "smart enough"to train himself. We all know results |

Can it be that they get it from each other because they use blood transfusion? Or is that a crazy theory? |

Nope, homologous (from a compatible donor) blood transfusions are detected. Toxoplasmosis happens when parasites from cats make their way to human blood. Generally happens after a contact with cat shit (hence Avin's remark). Most of times it must be indirect (a cat licks his ass, then his feet, then scratches a person, and if the person is unlucky it gets infected by the parasites). |

German Eurosport commentator just said that Alonso hired José Luis "Chechu" Rubiera, long time team mate of Lance Armstrong, as manager of the "new" Euskaltel team.

I remember mentioning it somewhere before, but now an article on Sportwereld.be confirmed the news along with some details: Hilaire Van Der Schueren (Vacansoleil-DCM) wants to build a PCT team around Leukemans. The team will have a total budget of 4M, but he's still in talks with an investor 'cause he's 1M short. The project should be completed after the Canadian WT races.
Sporza commentators already mentioned the news during a Vuelta broadcast a few days ago and back then they mentioned De Gendt and Devenyns as well, though their names are not included in the article. |

Worse is,that i see tons of people cheering for Alonso joining the cycling world. I see it as another chance for big doping and corruption scandals.

Told you it'd be a powered-by-Ferrari team from the start. Nothing new. Nothing to cheer for either. |

Speaking of corruption and doping here's the latest on McQuaid, Verbrugge and the secret Dossier.

Off course McQuaid says he's completely innocent...

"Pay me 250.000€ and I'll give your team a ProTour spot"
Wonderful, McQuaid, just wonderful.
Aside from the usual that we already know, like burying Armstrong positives, trying to bury Contador's, etc.
Here's the document

Ffs... everyone in cycling doesn't like you McQuaid. Get over it. Just leave forever. |
