Good races again....whilst I applaud our manager for his tactics in getting Bauer the race victory, what happened with me. I felt under utilised completely! I mean I know im more mountain than hills but there was a fairly steep hill in there....and come the end I had the most energy left, red bar was full and whilst the other 4 were set to 85 I was strolling along on 80 and put on sprint with barely any time to actually go! Dissapointed as given my +4 for the day really think I was capable of a Top 20 in that race!
Well done the 3 riders who have picked up points and to our breakway star in Marseille who seemingly had a fantastic day.
Keep up the good work Brewer (but maybe a change in tactics next time i'm on +4 )

First stage of Marseille - Reason Varga may not have been going is because you had him sprint with 80 effort...though I could be wrong and it could have no bearing at all. Also for the 2nd race running..my effort number is flashing red, basically I am capable of putting in more effort, i.e. 85 not 80...especially since I was again +3 for the day. Everyone above me in the right column were putting in 80 and heartrate was right up in orange whilst mine was yellow! Come on Brewer Feeling like someone doesn't like me atm lol!
Im expecting you to wrap the KOTM jersey up for me now
I would actually like to say I am loving this Brewer...I just feel that I should take on the Cavendish role in the team and be the one to air my grievances in public!

That's incorrect. It says on the manual that it doesn't have a bearing.
Anyway, it's nice to know that Gibson will be racing soon!

Big thanks to jdog for making this AMAZING userbar!
Well, nice split in stage 1, so bad that they got blocked.
In stage 2 i was wondering why you started sprinting with Ivanov instead of Hashir or Schröder
Also, with only 53 riders in the battle for the GC, a top 10 seems very possible now

Firstly, thanks for commenting. It's nice to hear you're enjoying it and communicating with me because a few of the registered members, I've heard nothing from. As 547984 said, the effort has no effect when sprinting, attacking, protecting another rider or fetching bottles. Basically, when the number is greyed out it's not relevant. You can sprint with the effort on 1 and he'll still go as fast as he can.
As for Meek, come on, give me a break . He's in this race as a domestique as it's not his sort of thing. It doesn't matter whether he finishes 17th or 144th, it's not his individual results that will get him points here. Not sprinting saves a little bit of energy so he can go on the attack the next day and, of course, I will try to win the KoM with him now.
I have no problem with you giving me feedback, in fact, I want you to, it motivates me. But to suggest I'm not being fair to your rider is just not fair. Meek will get his chance in other races, as will all the riders. Bear in mind how long the season is and the fact that we have 30 riders, all of whom want to win every race, but that's just not possible.
Sorry if that seems like a rant but I'm trying to be fair to all of you. Think about when you play the game. On a flat stage, do you tell your pure climber to sprint? If you do, you're wasting energy with him.
Thanks for the comments mvhoogdalem and knockout. Now you mention it, I don't know why I didn't use Hashir as first leadout but he does have terrible resistance and he really struggles when the pace goes up at the end. I doubt the top 10 is possible because none of our guys can really TT but we'll try.
Been very busy today and will be tomorrow so I don't think there will be a new video until Monday.

Just watched the first 3 videos. Really like the concept so far. Lets hope the graphics issues aren't on all the videos :/
They are. But it's a good enough concept for me to keep watching, really like it so far.

I'm sorry I haven't commented yet, but it's really hard to find some time to watch the videos.. I have only seen the first video, and I must say it's really good. Keep up the good work!
Hooorraayyy! KOTM jersey, now I am a huge fan of our manager. You sir are fantastic
Regards my posts, take much of it as tongue in cheek mate. I like to comment a little differently on each story I am following. I always find it makes life a little more enjoyable & motivating for the people writing the story.
Since technically I am commenting as my rider, I like to air my grievances and give my manager some flack Don't worry though plaudits will also come your way when you do well...much like with the KOTM win!
Spoiler
Though that was probably down to my talent more than your managerial ability!
Joking, very good stuff Brewer. You seem to have your tactics spot on the majority of the time. Plus you manage to do revival jobs when the sprint train doesn't work out. Those in that lead out train need to take a long hard look at themselves....blocking our team leader all the time! Jeez!
@owen, I did wonder if you were joking but I didn't know for sure. Don't worry about it, I just over reacted And well done on the KoM. There might just be a reward soon for young Owen
@Jesley, very hard days actually. It's gonna be a very steep learning curve for our youngsters
@The Hobbit, welcome to the forum!
Unfortunately, yes it is too late, but why would you be breaking any rules? Feel free to comment as often as you want. And you never know, a place in the team might just open up later on
@mvhoogdalem, it's been a good race but that victory has somehow eluded us.
