With this wind it might be possible - cohesion will count for a lot in the headwind section.

I wouldnt say its a bad TTT from Garmin. First of all they couldnt afford to drop Dan Martin. |

Well it probably didn't help that instead of having him sit on the back, thye had him lead.
I hold my stance. They should have done much better than this. And my PCM$ says so to.
