I bolded that in my quoted self post for a reason god
from wikipedia:
The Top 2000 is an annual marathon radio program, that plays the 2000 most popular songs of all time, from Christmas through New Year's Eve. Hosted by Dutch national radio station Radio 2, over half of the population of the Netherlands listens to the broadcast each year.
I look at Marcovdw list and again I facepalm for missing songs. although less hard then Selwink's list. (Coldplay almost only, did think about O-Zone, Europe and The White Stripers but decided against them)
Some great choices there guys! I'm agreeing most with Marcovdw and Selwink's lists here but also some from Luigi, I'd say half the songs from each of those I would consider as some of the best ever (Bohemian Rhapsody, Sympathy for the Devil, Smells Like Teen Spirit, Baba O'Riley and Imagine) or some of my personal favourites (Chelsea Dagger, Seven Nation Army, Good Riddance and American Idiot).
I think you are over thinking the point of lists, at least this one. it's a celebration to end the year with some of the best music covering virtually all the music genres. their placing is close to irrelevant.
A social media campaign to vote for Taylor Swift's song "Shake It Off" was started on BuzzFeed and continued on Twitter with the hashtag #Tay4Hottest100. The campaign originated as a protest against Triple J's exclusion of the song from their shortlist of songs.[3] The rules and voting system allowed any song released in 2014 to be manually added, so it was eligible, despite not being played on Triple J during 2014.[4] The song quickly became one of the favourites to win according to betting agencies.[5] The song was eventually disqualified from the countdown; however, according to Triple J, "Shake It Off" would have made it to No. 12 on the countdown.[6]
It was also partly disqualified after a commercial campaign was started by KFC I think, which was against the rules. Feel sorry for the guys who started the original campaign, as they actually liked the song and legitimately wanted to vote for it. Unfortunately a lot of people joined in just to try and piss off all the "music snobs" (and people with good taste as well, for the most part).
I got tickets to The Boss in Gothenborg this summer
Before that I will go to Oslo, Norway to see Mumford and Sons and to Gothenborg once more to see Håkan Hellström play for a full crowded Ullevi just as Springsteens concert. Great music year for me
Going to Berlin and Milan as well and will see about the English shows (exams) and Paris (arena so tickets will be hard to come by).
Nice you got tickets to the show on Saturday or Monday or maybe both?
How many times have you seen them live?
It´s just my 2nd concert with him. But I do have some tickets to his show in Oslo aswell just haven´t decided if I will go to that one. In the middle of the workweek...
I only have one ticket for summer festivals yet, it will be my first time at the largest music festival in Slovakia - Pohoda. Only a handful of artists announced so far, but I am already pretty excited with Sigur Ros, PJ Harvey, Flying Lotus, Astronautalis and Anna Meredith in particular.
I guess I will also go to Brutal Assault again, last year was beyond amazing.
Unfortunately, it seems like after attending the last two editions I will miss Hradby Samoty this year, which is a shame as the lineup looks really nice.

Only the Monday show, I'm thinking if I can't find anything for the Saturday then I might not go in the end. Seen him 3 times before but it's kind of addictive Did you see him at Ullevi before then?

Yeah seen him once you definitely want to see him again.
Naah didnot got tickets last time ge visit Ullevi.
I had to go to Friends Arena in Stockholm to see him last time.
But for sure I rather see a show in Ullevi then Freinds Arena as long as the weather is nice
