Football season is back! Here we are with the 7th season of NFL Prediction Game! It's simple, you just pick the winner of every NFL game, and guess the score of one. The elimination game will also return for the 5th time!

- Same rules as every year. Picks must be done through PM to me. I will send out weekly reminders as usual. Do not forget one of the games will require you to guess the final score.
- I will still post games here in case a new player wants to join. This thread is used for discussions and standings updates.
- The Week 1 games are not posted yet, so don't PM Me yet with any games!!
- If you plan on playing this year please post a comment here and let me know. Most previous players will automatically get a PM for Week 1.
ELIMINATOR RULES:
1. You can only lose 1 time, after that once you lose again, you are out.
2. You can only pick a team if you have not picked them before.
3. Picking a team for eliminator means you also must pick that team in the main game.
4. Once you have run out of teams to pick (playoffs only), instead of being eliminated, you will be assigned the team you picked in week 1, and then 2, and so on until you lose.

Ascend the newcomer out to an early lead on the season. TMM almost got extra points for guessing the MNF score correctly. The Saints, Cardinals, and Lions were the big spoilers for most people. 6 people got the eliminator correct although everyone is still in for now.

Ascend has slipped far after not submitting picks this weekend, opening the door for jandal7 to take the lead! Mre has slid into 2nd and TheManxMissile has taken the bronze for now. They are getting some early separation from the rest of the field. TMM & jandal are also still undefeated in the eliminator as am I. soso and fightinchicken are still alive as well and if Ascend returns he will have another chance at the eliminator.

jandal, TMM, and myself currently hold the 3 positions on the podium. It is a very close game still! Nobody told me that everybody was picking LAC for the eliminator this week but I slipped by picking Kansas City. Time to move on to Week 5!

TMM blew everyone out of the water this week and soared to a 4-point solo lead over jandal7. Mre also takes away the bronze position from myself. Nobody eliminated from the eliminator but TMM & myself are the only perfect ones remaining. So many games are ending in upsets this year it could be anybodies game still!

jandal grabs the overall lead by 1 from TMM. I had the best week of everyone being 1 game (Baltimore  ) shy of a perfect week. That excels me into a tie for 3rd and just 3 points from the leader. Nobody new eliminated from the eliminator yet again.
Please check the spreadsheet to see who you have or have not picked yet. If you pick a repeat game, you are always given the last possible game which would mean who you picked to win Dallas/Tennessee.

jandal7 & TMM are now tied for the overall lead as hillis is 2 points back in 3rd place. jandal7 & soso have been eliminated from the eliminator. TMM & I went risky with Miami but it paid off and we remain undefeated on the season.

An amazing week by hillis91 has put him into a tie for the lead with jandal7. TMM is 2 behind in 3rd place with a solid 3 point gap on myself. TMM picked Atlanta in the eliminator which means that I am the only perfect one left. TMM remains in the last chance pool with fightinchicken who has been steady since week 3.
