Spoiler 2015 Expansion Pack, big thanks to trekbmc for a bit of motivation and fernando97, Ian Butler and Selwink in particular among many for inspiration
I sat sprawled on the deck, scanning my eyes over mind-numbing paperwork, and more mind-numbing paper-work, and then the scouting shortlist. Funtime. I looked up and down the list. Who the hell were these jokers?

My Cycling Pro - Reloaded!
We came, we saw, we conquered Down Under. But then PCM was, unfortunately, PCM. So here's a revitalised, revisited version of the sadly brief but (I thought) quite cool story.
Red Bull-Huawei are a new international P(C?)T project. I'm the Manager and I want your riders to ride for me. It's called MCP. And this part of the original post:
After you sign-up you can be as in-depth or as hands-off as you wish. I'm yet to decide if activity e.g. commenting on the thread, small quotes etc. will increase your progression but most likely not as we are all busy people.
You can pick schedule/goals of you wish and decide where your upgrade points go. Upgrade points are earned by specific actions during races, like attacking, an awesome domestique performance or getting good stage placings. No solid points system is yet in place but the magnitude of the result or actions and the startlist/race level will determine what you get. Older riders have better stats, younger riders progress faster.
Taking a little (ok, quite a) bit of inspiration from Team Aegon by Selwink, the sign-up system. First-come first served meant a lot of the best riders taken and I like his idea of a more structured team and sign-ups. If you want to be a part, keep reading. I won't be doing the focus thing as like in MCP we enjoyed riders from all over the world. One rider each, two maybe if circumstances arrive. We won't be using stat limits or rules but I want realistic riders, so sorry to Peter Pal. I'll be the judge of who gets in and who doesn't.
Here is the form, and in the below spot you'll see the partly-Aegon-inspired roster with open sports. I'll post my sign-up later if you're having any troubles. Max MON/HIL/TT/PRL/COB is 81.

Spots that are italicised are available, bold are filled. No top GC guys but I can accept future GT-contenders. Leader is absolute leader, Co-leader is not top rider in the world but good, Fighter is obviously fighter, Superdomestiques are very good domestiques who can lead smaller races (like Selwink's key domestiques) and are occasionally "attached" to a leader. If you read this, check the old thread and see the secret sign-up rule, PM it to me along with your rider's full name! Domestiques are domestiques, and can still be fighters! Can be unique and fun! Hot Prospects are young with lots of potential (not necessarily leaders).

@welker - Accepted as a superdomestique, nice rider! Going to shift him to spot 7 as we're not having a stage race leader
Name: Liam Rhodes
Nationality: Kiwi
DoB: 16/VII/1993
Rider Spot: #9 Fighter
Rider Style: Lives and breathes to attack, he loves the odds against him, but the thrill of fighting the pack. He could breakaway wildly or smartly loves to look for KoMs. Aggressive and smart, but sometimes is susceptible to going so hard he bonks the next day. Eager to learn.
Personality: Down-to-earth and loves a good laugh. Determined and loyal bike racer though.
Short Bio: Cousin of Hayden and Joseph Vaillenos, Liam grew up on the outskirts of Wellington and so was always climbing the hills. Competitive and always had an aggressive mentality, and could switch between crazy Thomas Voeckler attacking and measured Steve Cummings escapes. Went through the youth system, eventually some junior teams and now he's made a breakthrough in securing a contract with Red Bull. His best result was a stage win in L'Avenir.

Hopefully there can be some more interest now and more people like me just didn't see it.

Name: Anthony D'Costa
Nationality:
DoB: 22/02/1996
Rider Spot: Hot Prospect
Rider Style: Stage Races. Likes to bide his time, wear down his opponents and land the killer blow.
Personality: Introverted but with a quick wit. Focused on few priorities in life, above all cycling.
Short Bio: Born in a country where cycling is more leisure than sport, Anthony has made a huge step up to the world of professional road cycling. Hailing from the party capital of the the country - Goa - he's laid back in his approach to training. That's not to say he doesn't have big ambitions. His aim is the top, just that he often takes the longer route up to there. He loves to prove people wrong. So if you want to motivate him, tell him can't do something. He'll do it!

ALSO jaxika and DC both aren't 18 at beginning of 2015

We're a rich Asian team and we don't care. Surprise me. Gimme some of that Kim Kong Kommunism if you want.
Will keep two domestique spots open, so with Pryde another one pops up.
