Daily Story Network - A Spin-Off of the Writer Block

So firstly this idea was thought of by Jandal7 and is not intended to be a copy of the Writer's Block but more like a tribute to that great initiative. The original plan was to bring back the Writer's Block so you guys could have a nice overview of the Story section for each month. However, we decided that after a few failed attempts at keeping the Writer's Block going (mostly my fault) we thought that a new name and new template (sort of) would be a good fresh start for this sort of Monthly magazine.
Jandal came up with Monthly Story Network but wanted to try and get "Daily" in there for PCM Daily as a sort of pun and soon after that the name was decided as Daily Story Network. The template was edited by me with a changed base colour (green to orange), changed headings and changed pictures. Other then that most things are the same on the template.
The Headings
The Inside Scoop
This is the interview section. Each month we will interview one member of PCMDaily on things like How they write storiess, Why they write stories, What their inspiration is and other things like that. The final question of the interview will always be "Xbox or Playstation?" Just to add a comparison in to the article.
What's Happened the Past Month
This section looks at everything that has happened over the past month of the story section. Okay so probably not everything but as much as we can fit in the small space.
Pearl of the Past
The Pearl of the Past is the section where we find an old story that really got us into story writing and we write about it. This is the 2nd of 2 key sections in the magazine.
New Stories of the Month
All the new stories for the month will be found here.
Story Games Catch-Up
Everything about the ManGame and Story Games forums will be found in this section. This is the section that covers the most at once.
Capture It!
This is the final section and it basically is just our favourite screenshot of the month.
So like I said this is a Spin Off of the Writer's Block and to begin with will be basically covering the same as the Writer's Block used to. However, as we go along and come up with new ideas the sections will change. If you have any ideas for a section you could send them to me via PM and we will take your ideas into consideration.

Sorry for last month from me and the team, I know for one I'm still interested in doing this, and on the wayside I've got a couple of announcements:
If you'd like to help us here, then flick a PM to Jakstar, sutty or myself. It would be useful to bear the load together as the stars do not always align to make it work.
Yes, with the story section blooming we'd love to recognise the fantastic achievement in storytelling going on from PCM09 to 15, so send in your nominations for your story of the Month. Three is the limit and if we get enough we'd be able to have a little vote. The most nominations gets to be in the vote but no more than 6 stories unless there is big interest in more. They would (obviously) have to have updated at least twice in the Month of March and be in a story section (I'd give an exception for something like DiCyc's Peter Sagan story. Point is it's a regular story  And yes, I know 11 and back are in a shared section for all aspects, so that's fine for, e.g. Fant. Neutral Story). Voting will be in a 5, 3, 1 votes style a la FIFA but less corruption to better show who has done well. Noms close 2 April 12:00am daily time.

Would just like to continue in saying sorry for last month. Jandal was busy and I had every intention in bringing the 2nd edition out but the time I had suddenly went to zero and my workload was focused on my study. That is also why I have not been very active lately. This time will be different and there will definitely be an edition the coming month!!

Well, sorry about never continuing this but the time constraints really hurt us behind the scenes. However I would have time for a story of the Month Contest, so if enough people send August nominations in I could organise As said PM me three stories you'd like to see in the final vote, they must have been updated twice this month daily time and be a story

Considering when I'd like to post the magazine I'll give until 8pm GMT Sep 29th for nominations for the story of the month, that's a little over 33 hours If I'm right. If it looks like I'm not getting any I'll use the 5 I have now, which is two of mine to fill in the gaps and the three I've been given by our one nominator so far open to get two more in Would a move to the story section make this easier to see/more widely seen?
