1. This thread is meant as a showroom. Any request always goes through PM. Requests in this thread will be ignored. This implies I also won't tell you your request is invalid.
2. Only make requests for races if I indicate I am open to requests. This is visible in my signature and the thread title.
3. Always request in the format given below.
4. Always give me some time, and don't annoy me with constant questions. If I don't update, there's a high chance I'm busy doing something else.
5. Give me some creative freedom. Any request will be discussed until mutual agreement. In principle I create the race route, but suggestions are appreciated.
6. Requests in areas that are not .DEM covered won't be accepted (though I will notify you then)
7. Stage races may be accepted until a maximum of 7 race days.
8. One request at the time. This does not apply if A: I decline your request, you may request a new one then; B: One week after I FINISHED your latest request or C: After I finished your request and another project/request afterwards
9. Any request not made in compliance with these rules will be IGNORED

You may ask yourself why I make these rules. It may seem a p in the a for you, but for me it gives a clear overview of what's where, and it saves me a lot of effort.

Volta a la Comunitat Valenciana

Stage 1

i.imgur.com/bGIn7oq.jpg

Length: 15.2km
Intermediate chronos: Mirador del Oropesa
Notable climbs: Mirador del Oropesa (Cat.3)

The first edition of the Volta since 2008 starts off with an ITT from Benicàssim to Oropesa del Mar. The ITT is not entirely flat, with the Mirador del Oropesa a few kilometers from the line. Nevertheless, it should favour the specialists of ITT. The stage has been built with IBs, which I won't do in the other stages.

Stage 2

i.imgur.com/eyJNDRo.jpg

Length: 162.4km
Intermediate Sprints: Sant Rafel del Riu (121km)
Notable climbs: La Molina (Cat.2, 5.4km @ 5.4%); Fredes (Cat.1, 12.9km @ 4.9%)

Stage 2 is likely the hardest one, with a finish on the mountain top of Fredes. Beforehand, a few other climbs are in the stage as well, but it is obvious that a decision will fall on the final climb. This may even be the best chance to take a very good haul for the GC.

Stage 3

i.imgur.com/A6gQQLY.jpg

Length: 168.1km
Intermediate Sprints: Silla (88km)
Notable climbs: Oronet (4.3km @ 5.3%)

Stage 3 is one of the two flat stages in this race. The only climb, the Oronet, features only early on in this stage. Afterwards, the race is flat, all the way to the town of Alzira, where we thus should expect a mass sprint. The creation is not a masterpiece, but should still provide a nice experience.

Stage 4

i.imgur.com/2wWBevj.jpg

Length: 138.4km
Intermediate Sprint: Castalla (88km)
Notable climbs: Alto de La Garganta (Cat.3, 7.7km @ 2.9%), Alto de Maigmó (Cat.2, 8.8km @ 3.8%), Canali (Cat.2, 5.1km @ 5.8%), Xorret de Catí (Cat.1, 3.9km @ 11.6%)

Stage 4 is very probably the final decisive stage in the Volta. After a few hills in advance, the riders end with a climb to Xorret de Catí. This climb may not be too long, but it is very steep. After a short downhill the finish is reached, but the gaps should be made by then. Whoever leads after this stage will likely win the overall, with just one flat stage left.

Looks like a nice race.

Stage 2 is a mountain stage I suppose? Or is it hilly rated?

Selwink
@roturn: PCM rated it hilly, so I'll keep it like that for now. The zcts is available on request, so if anyone wants this zcts (through PM, with motivation), you should be able to set it to mountain.

It should be a nice race indeed, and I believe there will be live broadcasts as well (if the organisation twitter is anything to go by).

Volta a la Comunitat Valenciana

Stage 5

i.imgur.com/tHNaZnU.jpg

Length: 120.6km
Intermediate Sprint: Godella (83km)
Notable climbs: Oronet (Cat.3, 4,2km @ 5,2%)

Stage 5 is the final stage already of the Volta. The stage starts in the outskirts of the city of Valencia, and after a loop in the north the finish has been placed in the city center. The only notable is the Oronet, which already featured in stage 3 as well. A sprint is expected after the local laps have been ridden.

Looking good
and perhaps Valenciana should have a xml class file to make it even more correct. As I understood on their website they will not use any bonus seconds, but still that thing is in the air until we get closer to the actual race-days.

On request of togo95. I've set all climbs to cat.2 in this race, as, taking the total points in account, this made the most sense to me.

Okolo Slovenska

Stage 1

i.imgur.com/waNhKKX.jpg

Length: 181.5km
Intermediate sprints: Krupina (42km), Banska Bystrica (92km), Brezno (133km)
Notable climbs: None

A stage called flat, which ended in a sprint in 2015. Nevertheless, it won't be easy and might well end up in a puncheur taking the victory in the small mountain village of Telgárt.

Stage 2

i.imgur.com/fEzKECO.jpg

Length: 155.7km
Intermediate sprints: Poprad (33km), Osturna (86km), Poprad (139km)
Notable climbs: Popová (8km), Dubiná (26km), Magura (65km), Hanusovske Sedlo (79km), Bystrá (95km)

Another not very easy stage, but this time the finish is easier. The climbs underway should make this stage quite difficult, but in the end a sprint would be far from surprising.

Stage 3

i.imgur.com/fivYODI.jpg

Length: 198.8km
Intermediate sprints: Hnust'a (74km), Detva (131km)
Notable climbs: Popová (23km), Sedla Javorinka (40km), Predná Hora (45km), Chorepa (84km), Prasivá (105km), Zelezná Breznica (171km)

Without doubt the hardest stage of the race. The hills are the highest, and the last summit is close to the finish. If the GC is decided somewhere, it seems likely to happen here. In any case the hills should be able to make a few GC ambitions vanish.

Stage 4

i.imgur.com/RtpKUUw.jpg

Length: 194.6km
Intermediate sprints: Pravenec (69km), Bojnice (81km), Dubnica nad Váhom (140km)
Notable climbs: Krahule (25km), Bojnicky Kopec (85km), Homolka (108km), Rebaky (158km), Dubrava (165km)

The organization calls this stage 'mostly flat'. Anyone with eyes can see there are quite some hills on the way though. Nevertheless, the organization has some point, as this stage may well end in a mass sprint again.

Stage 5

i.imgur.com/LszcG77.jpg

Length: 117.4km
Intermediate sprints: Ruzindol (55km), Senec (85km)
Notable climbs: None

And we end with a flat stage. On the road to the capital of Slovakia, Bratislava, we find hardly any difficulty of note. A mass sprint seems pretty much inevitable.

Okolo Slovenska(Slovakia) looks nice.
When I checked around for their classification I came up with precisely the same, It looks like you got everything spot on. Good on you mate Wink

Points on KoMs was 4-2-1 (of course a bit from the Cyanide standard on Cat 2, but why not get it correct, Embarassed

I got this working fine with an older (not as good) version of this race, and surely it will work with this. Just need to edit your DB of course.

I like Okolo Slovenska too, didn't encounter any problems so far. The only thing I noticed was that the gradients in stage 3 (haven't played 4 yet, but maybe there as well) were somewhat exaggerated. In reality these roads rarely exceed 10% and the climbs are much more gradual instead of the wall-plateau-wall... I don't know if you are aware (I didn't know about this feature until very recently), but you can smoothen climbs very easily. Namely if you select two points on one road (by holding Ctrl) and then press Ctrl+M. It will make a constant gradient on the section between those two points. It is very useful for making more realistic gradients, without manually adjusting the height of each road point in a climb. Sorry if you knew about this already. Wink

Selwink
I did not know that. So far I only used manual height adjustment, and this will make my life a lot easier. Thanks a huge lot for that!

I'll try to post a corrected version of the Okolo Slovenska as soon as I finished my other requests.

On request of sammyt93. Since he intends to add it to the U23 calendar the files are named accordingly. This, of course, can be changed by yourself.

Tour de Québec

Stage 1

i.imgur.com/RwgFJ2e.jpg
Length: 210.0km
Intermediate Sprints: Thurso (42km), Huberdeau (134km)
Notable climbs: Montée Dumouchel (Cat.3, 59km), Chemin Pierre Cantin (Cat.3, 145km), Montée de Montcalm (Cat.3, 154km), Lac de la Raquette (Cat.3, 193km)

A very long stage, the longest of the race in fact, is the kickoff for the race. The beginning kilometers are very flat, but the race gets quite lumpy towards the end. However, there isn't enough difficulty to avoid a sprint, or at least that seems likely.

Stage 2

i.imgur.com/ORDNvGX.jpg
Length: 173.8km
Intermediate sprints: Saint-Eustache (119km), Montréal (143km)
Notable climbs: Saint-Faustin (Cat.3, 10km), Sire d'Howard (Cat.4, 47km), Mont-Royal (Cat.2, finish)

Stage 2 is one of the harder stages in the race. The beginning is fairly difficult, with two KoMs in the first 50km. However, all the way to the finish it's downhill or flat. Except for one thing: the finish is at the summit of the Mont Royal. A mass sprint of the puncheurs seems the most likely scenario here.

i.imgur.com/NjwwhxJ.jpg
Length: 180.9km
Intermediate sprints: Farnham (56km), Cowansville (80km)
Notable climbs: Montée de Baker Pond (Cat.3, 110km), Chemin Nicholas Austin (Cat.4, 122km), Mont Orford (Cat.4, 140km), Sherbrooke (Cat.4, finish)

Stage 3 has been classified as a flat stage, which is understandable. A few hills in the middle shouldn't do much harm to the riders at all. However, the finish itself might deter a few sprinters, as it's an uphill sprint, which may be best suited to the powerful sprinters. It's probably a bit too easy for the pure puncheurs though.

Stage 4

i.imgur.com/EBrcuL5.jpg
Length: 162.7km
Intermediate sprints: Richmond (37km), Warwick (74km)
Notable climbs: Chemin du Camp (Cat.4, 39km)

Probably the most boring stage of the race. Apart from one minor hill early on the stage is pretty much pan-flat. At last a chance for the pure sprinters therefore. They have probably been awaiting this chance.

Stage 5

i.imgur.com/IpaVYVP.jpg
Length: 198.1km
Intermediate sprints: Saint-Élie (39km), Shawinigan (148km)
Notable climbs: La Clairière (Cat.4, 67km, 171km), Parc National de la Mauricie (1) (Cat.4, 84km, 181km), Parc National de la Mauricie (2) (Cat.3, 92km, 188km), Parc National de la Mauricie (3) (Cat.2, 93km, finish)

Stage 5 can be classified as the queen stage. After a few easy kilometers in the beginning the riders ride the scenic road through the Parc National de la Mauricie, with several hills in it. After a few flat kilometers outside the park the riders re-enter the park, to finish at the most difficult climb there. Expect the real puncheurs to contest for the win here, and decide the GC.

Stage 6

i.imgur.com/P2YZkB5.jpg
Length: 194.6km
Intermediate sprints: Champlain (45km), Portneuf (97km)
Notable climbs: Mont-Tourbillon (164km)

And finally, stage 6, a relatively flat stage. However, between 50 and 25km from the line a few hills can be found. Despite these climbs a mass sprint in the Ville de Québec seems more than likely to provide an ending for this stage race.

On request of kadtagenero. There are a few slight problems in the ITT with riders riding through spectators. This could not be fixed without messing up the entire route unfortunately.

Campeonato de Colombia

ITT

i.imgur.com/2rMGcgE.jpg

Length: 34.5km
Intermediate checks: Tibasosa (20km), Duitama (30km)

The ITT route is quite flat. The final kilometers run slightly uphill, but it's not incredibly tough and the best time trialist should still prevail.

Road Race

i.imgur.com/V7gSzKQ.jpg

Length: 181.4km

A hilly road race in Colombia. After a relatively easy road towards the circuit, the riders have to ride a few laps in the city of Tunja, which is known for its hilly roads. Expect a good puncheur to take the victory here.

@kadtagenero: Thanks a lot, much appreciated Smile

Now some races which I created for the Expansion Pack. If you're going to download the 2016DB you might as well wait for its release (unless you want to enjoy them right now of course Smile). I'm not going to bother posting any screens bar profiles, unless you have a specific request.

Ronde van Zeeland Seaports

i.imgur.com/Hdqy7gr.jpg

Length: 192.5km

Unfortunately this race won't take place in 2016, but a return in 2017 is expected. It's still in the 2016DB though. It was already created, but as it was from an older version the cobbles did not work. Wind settings are set quite high in order to make this race a bit more selective beside the cobbles.

Tour la Provence

Stage 1

i.imgur.com/qVru19X.jpg

Length: 171km
Intermediate sprints: Rousset (47km), Roquefort-la-Bédoule (128km)
Notable climbs: Côte des Thermes (Cat3, 25km), Côte du Pigeonnier (Cat.2, 37km), Côte du Cengle (Cat.2, 52km), Col d'Espigoulier (Cat.1, 100km), Pas d'Ouillier (Cat.3, 129km), Route des Crêtes (Cat.2, 143km)

Stage 1 is immediately the hardest of this new race on the calendar (2.1). Quite a few climbs on the way, including the stunning Route des Crêtes (this road alone makes it a shame this race isn't televised), lead to a circuit in Cassis, which contains two short, but very steep climbs, where the winner should eventually be decided.

Stage 2

i.imgur.com/6OF3c77.jpg
Length: 185.8km
Intermediate sprints: Saint Cannat (36km), Alleins (92km)
Notable climbs: Côte des 4 Termes (Cat.3, 27km), Côte des Rognes (Cat.3, 46km), Côte de Sèze (Cat.2, 73km), Revers de Sèze (Cat.2, 81km), Côte du Calvaire (Cat.3, 99km), Montée Val de Aurons (Cat.3, 114km)

Stage 2 is the easiest stage in this race. On the way we still encounter quite a collection of climbs, but the road towards and on the final circuit in Istres can be relatively flat. If any sprinters had chosen to race here, this stage would definitely be on top of their list.

Stage 3

i.imgur.com/dTDxoCj.jpg

Length: 170.5km
Intermediate sprints: Calas (92km), La Méde (117km)
Notable climbs: Côte du Grand Caunet (Cat.2, 8km), Col d'Espigoulier (Cat.1, 32km), Côte du Regage (Cat.2, 62km)

The race ends off with a relatively easy stage again. The main difficulties lie in the beginning of the stage, with once again the Espigoulier as the most notable climb. However, the road towards Marseille is far from flat, and especially the capes near the end will probably prove to be a serious difficulty. Nevertheless a sprint of a relatively big group seems likely.

Not much to say about this race, apart from that if you're patient you can wait for it to come with the expansion pack. It's just 20 laps of about 9km, so enjoy!

Korona Kosich Gór

i.imgur.com/n2xdrJf.jpg

This race is a bit lumpier than the previous one. However, the climbs probably don't pose enough of a difficulty to avoid another sprint.

And another 1.2 race in Poland, which is raced the day after the other one I posted. It's quite flat, and should end in a sprint.

Giro 2016 - Stage 15

i.imgur.com/1consu1.jpg

Stage 15 is the mountain time trial. In the Alto Adige part of Italy a climb is undertaken towards the Alpe di Siusi, also known as the Seiser Alm. The stage is only 11km long, but a vast majority is up a mountain. It's safe to say it's definitely a stage the GC riders must take into account.
