From memory of the 2011 stage finish it isn't that hard of a climb, if Hushovd could hold onto yellow against the GC guys then surely 2agan can win this stage against the 2015 GC guys...........Maybe

Yep, Sagan is favorite tomorrow according to various bettingsides which pretty much is the most accurate out there. Imma say Rodriguez tho, Hushovd and Gilbert were in the leading group 2011, but didnt have anything left - this was 2011 Gilbert - so the same could definetely happen to Sagan tomorrow. Dan Martin is also up there - was strong at the Mur, is quite an underdog and is outta the GC, so he could possibly go uncovered?
Also, some very interesting trends for the GC: Froome is around 1.70 now (around 3,50 at the start), Quintana is stable at 3.50-4.00, while Contador and Nibali have plummeted to 10 and 11 which is quite a drop from what they started on. |

Also, general consensus is it has been very crash prone so far. I had honestly expected more, taken the last few Tours into consideration - anyone having some statistics for that? At least the protagonists for the 2 last weeks havent had any back luck which is the most important, at least to me.
Edit: Also, I obviously voted for Mochema in the poll. By the way, are you allowed to change name?

I ont have the stats but there haven't really been that many withdrawals and lto me at least while there have been crashes it looks to be about on par with other Tours or even a little less. I think when there is a bad one like what happened to Bonnet then people overplay that there have been a lot of crashes and that the organises are defining dangerous routes but this Tour has been tame so far.

Bloody terrible for the New Zealanders, both withdrawn, and for OGE. I blame those ANZAC armbands. |

I hope that Tejay won't lose time to the Big Four
The climb doesn't have high enough % for Purito, so Sagan is a good guess

The first part of the climb is very steep, but afterwards it seems to flatten out a bit. Think Gallopin is a good bet here, or else Van Avermaet maybe.

Really is upto how hard some of the GC teams make it, I remember last time BMC making it hard forcing a selection with Evans winning but it wasn't hard enough to drop riders like Hushovd. Purito won't win this as it's no Huy so riders like Gallopin should be in the finish

I'm sure most of you have seen this cool stuff of tracking each and everyone of the riders via GPS

I really hope Eddy the Boss can do something today but the finale will probably be to hard for him.
