example R.Torres m/h 66/68???? he results in GC - San Luis-2, Le Tour de Langkawi-8, Vuelta a Castilla y Leon-8, Giro del Trentino-12, Vuelta Asturias-7,Skoda-Tour de Luxembourg-18 and have 3 mountain jersey!I think he will take the jersey mountain on vuelta or top 12-17 gc) |

Cyanide's first priority is not stats, you know. And I think they did a decent job, just can't get every domestiques right, no need to rage.
Don't overrate R.Torres though, I don't think he will take the KoM jersey and also don't think he will be Top 15 in the Vuelta 
Of course there's a chance, but don't take it for granted, he shouldn't be more than 73MO.

Do you guys know if it is possible to "lock" riders stats with Lachis?
I have a rider that keeps falling in mountain because ive set him to train tt.

Have already done that. Problem is his stat in what I don't train him in, is falling. Just by 1 point, but that is still a factor.

No, you cannot lock a riders stats at a certain level. All you can do is alter their stat limits and age of decline. This will cap their growth and slow their decline. But you cannot lock stats at a certain point.
It's also a natural ocurence that training TT will make you less good at MO (sort of). The best way around it is either to a) train Stage Racing, or b) use an editor to bump the MO stat back up.
