The database is now ready ahead of this year's upcoming transfer season.
Featuring:
- More new riders than seen in v4
- Updated wage/team information post-renewals
- Correct race day information (RD sheet indicates the boundaries of when amount of RDs changes, based on the OVL value)
- Update-able OVL value, using Macro shortcut: CTRL+SHIFT+O
- Information on Training and Avenir elgibility

Anyone who has already downloaded it should redownload it. I fixed Laurens De Vreese from being a 1990 born Level 1 rider, to a 1988 born Level 4 rider.
I also noticed that including the OVL update-ability has nearly doubled the MB file size. So here is a 'lite' version which doest not include the ability, but may be slightly faster to use: https://www.dropbox.com/s/jrvtkq1ifjm...e.xls?dl=0

The fact that no talents are being added this season has been said many times. I've not added any rider born in 1993 or 1994.

Another tiny update to the files has been made.
Fredy Piamonte is now a free agent and not a Chiquita rider. (Edit: and not Friedman as said in an earlier post  )
When correcting missing stat decreases I identified that he had not received this. Given the new lowered stats, I offered Chiquita a chance to revisit their renewal of him, and they have decided to no longer keep him.
