I know there are editors out there that allow you to edit the entire database or your entire savegame.
But some actions are things you do multiple times during your savegame career, or some actions are very commonly asked for by people who aren't experts with database and database editors.
That's where these "little editors" might come in handy. they edit 1 part of the game, very fast with just 1 click.
- Team Changer: take control of another team
- Money Changer: edit the money you have left
- Date Changer: go back and forward in time, fe. when game always crashes the same day (edits the date, and also automatically updates currentStage and lastStage to keep the game working)
I've created them to assist me during my career, but they might be helpful to someone else as well.
(fe: I created the team changer because I switch teams before a 3D race to the worst team competing, to see how the AI handles my cyclists. And I only take control of the non-3D management part.)
Update, 4 new added (screenshots below):
- Palmares Viewer: View the greatest career achievements of each cyclist, or see their individual seasons. All sorted by the importance of the result.
- Result Viewer: See all Race/Stage results that are in the database, and export them to Excel (you can even export a full race to excel, including all rankings and all stage results).
- Scouted Cyclist Viewer:See all cyclists scouted by your scouts in one page, and see the attributes that are discovered
- Scouter:A bit like the ingame scouting, but instead of region, you select one of your scouts and a country, a random number of cyclists will be discovered and the accuracy of the report will depend on the scout quality

Information
- Do not run 2 tools at the same time, one will overwrite the data of the other one
- .NET framework 4.0 required
- Editing savegame comes with risks, create a backup if you want to avoid all risks
- If you change teams and the game crashes when clicking "next day", try it at a later date to change to that team
- The palmares viewer is programmed to work with the RaceID's used in the PCMDailyDB. as far as I know, these will be the same in most other databases as well.

These look very good. Will give them a proper test over the weekend. Because i cannot use any editors atm this could be very very useful for people like me, or for people without editing knowledge.

This looks like an incredibly handy tool, and most importantly, it works!
Are you planning to add few other features (f.e. change sponsor for next year)?
Looks very well done so far

the change date tool contains an issue that it only updates the date. and not de Current & Last stage columns. I"m working on a new version that adresses this.

There is a chance that it does. As far as I know, those 3 processes didn't change at all since PCM 12, so you should be safe. But Tiemen should know it better than me

@matt17br, I might add a few new ones next week, ideas are always welcome
@sutty68; they will work for 13 and 12 as well (haven't tested them, but like matt said, if I remember correctly it are the same database fields that will get updated in those versions)
edit: some people mentioned issues with PCM12 not being able to change the money.

I am trying with PCM 12. All tools is working great for me. Except this with the Money Changer.
Here is the case: I got 0 euro, and I want to change the value.
But when I change the value, this happens...
What does that mean?
Can you please help me?

They are all tested for PCM14, it's possible that the money cannot be editted for PCM12, because it might be in different columns then it is now. Sorry! |

there is 1 problem with the scouter,
you can't sponsor the scouted players.
so all the other teams will take them, and you can't do anything about it  |
