As ever, I have no actual cycling news.

Nor did we expect you to.
Not strictly news, but Budget Forklifts boss Tim Leunig have an interesting interview to cyclingnews on Jack Bobridge's track career:
https://www.cyclingnews.com/news/budge...am-pursuit
Also a nice video interview with Reinardnt Janse van Rensburg of MTN-Qhubeka:
https://www.cyclingnews.com/news/video...tn-qhubeka
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

A prologue, Chauboret and a ITT up Col d' Eze. Much better than last year's route already! |

Anybody here watch British Eurosport? As I'm still waiting to see their 2015 viewing schedule.
The problem is I know SkyTV show a couple of races each year that are not on Eurosport, but have noticed this year that both the Tour of Flanders and Amstel Gold are being shown live on Sky which means that they might not be live on Eurosport. |

Well, Sky took TDU, but I think Eurosport have AGR and RVV-there was highlights on ITV last year, therefore there's a new rights package- meaning if Eurosport had them last year, they'll probably have them this year.
EDIT: Don't panic- rights have been shared.

I always thought Eurosport aired the same races in every country considering they are international, at least they have allot of the same races whenever i'm in France or Norway but i might be wrong.

I wonder where Nibali would've gone if they closed down, Sky?.

The only difference in broadcasting is that sometimes British Eurosport start covering races earlier.

You can send an email to the British Eurosport support. They might give you a link, that is updating automatically.
For the German Eurosport the link is this one: https://tv.eurospo...mp;ctlan=1
The coverage might be similar for ESP UK and ESP DE, but definitely not the same. There are minimum differences in the coverages on ESP 1 and ESP 2.
Dubai for example seems to be covered on ESP 1 UK, while in Germany most non GT races are on ESP 2 or even the Giro was last year only on ESP HD, which is no free tv here. |

The ass-licking Evans journalists......
https://www.cyclingnews.com/features/o...ng-talking
Stupid article. Its not like Evans is some kind of saint. He was in top-10 in 2005 in his first ever TdF behind Armstrong, Basso, Ullirch, Vino etc. and was highly competitive in 2006 and 2007, not exactly the cleanest years either. I dont get why we have the assumption that Evans for sure is clean.. |

Thanks guys for the feedback and the link by Madzdaman is perfect and the only two races not on there that I like to see are Omloop Het Nieuwsblad and Gent-Wevelgem, but Eurosport didn't have them last year either.
Also that German schedule is not available on British Eurosport for some reason, as I can only get for rest of February. |

That article made me vomit on my shoes, using Evans silence on doping as some sort of proof he didn't dope is straight up sad! If anything Evans upheld the omèrta

So after he missed the first prediction, Haig will also miss the second: fractured his elbow in Cadel's race and won't ride the Sun Tour

Paris Nice 2015 route announced. It includes the Col d'Eze time trial as also a pretty tough mountain stage.

Thats a very good route. The stage before the ITT up Col d'Eze also look fairly interesting with hills all day.
Pas Vasco also revealed some details about the route. It seems like they will include some insanely steep, but short hills on many of the stages, especially the stage before the ITT and the ITT itself. |

This article was really bad, but still, there isn't any evidence towards Evans doping, I don't think he would have won in 2005 if not for doping, but he would have done better, I think innocent until you have some sort of evidence would work.
If you go ahead and say a rider without any evidence against him is doping, you might as well hold the pessimistic view that everybody is and there's no point following cycling if you get that far.
Not meaning to offend anybody here, just my two cents.
