Welcome to my story
My new story is about a German / Polish cycling team, that will face more obstacles than first anticipated, as UCI has doomed the project as fragile from the beginning and some trouble with the economy will leave the team with an open wound.
The story is based upon the fact, that something really succesful often comes out of hard work and not everything turns the good way and the story will also hit the topic of Doping and how important Teamwork really is

Mud, Sweat and Gears with less imagination. But title aside it could be interesting, just gonna wait until i see the portrayal of the UCI before passing real judgement.

Team Presentation - Captains
Our first part of the Rider Presentations is about our 3 new captains, their overall abillties on the road, won't be enough to be a good captain! A good captain got leader skills and have a strategic overview better than anyone else!
Fabian Wegmann
First thing you'll notice when you see Fabian is his appearance, and your certain that he has been able to cheat with his age several times! Kidding aside is Fabian not our most experienced rider, but through his career he have been leading his team into victory several times, and that is something he will be able to here as well.
Yaroslav Popovych
This guy doesn't need an introduction, this choice haven't been based on his current level, but what he have accomplished in the past. He will bring as much experience as the whole team put together. Even I've had the pleasure at meeting him in his younger days and I liked what I saw and I still do that today
Björn Thurau
As much as I appreciate that a Captain should have a lot of experience, an exception has been made with Björn and when I talked with him I was immediately convinced that I was right and he will bring us great succes this season and his presence should be enough to work wonders.

Team Presentation - The Lieutenants
The Lieutenant are the captain's personal helpers and they are usually the most skilled and versatile riders on the team. We however have decided to split that into another hierachy. The riders are the Captain's personal helpers, but the riders are handpicked out of their role to do just that and our two biggest talents are here included
Michal Golas
Christian Mager
Silvio Herklotz
Ilya Koshevoy

@all : Once the last two Rider Presentations have been published, the story will start for real This is just for setting human faces to the story
Team Presentation - The Sprinters
Every team has sprinters on their team and as most stages ends on a straight line, then it'll become more certain to us that this is the most important role of an team and in the end it's them you set your faith on. I have never throughout my career like their personalities, as their often described in their own Ego.
Niklas Arndt
Fabian Schnaidt
Sylwester Janiszewski
Matthias Plarre
Rick Zabel
Willy Willwohl

@Hoyle : Good to see that I made some good decisions in that part
@Sutty : I do agree :3
Hello
As I don't have much information on my hand right now, I will make this breaf. I've just received a note from UCI and they have said, that our formal agreement of promotion to the Pro Continental Circuit has been declined pending as our team is under an Investigation.
UCI haven't been that clear, but as much as we can understand it's formally about Popovych's connection to Operation Puerto and after a long conversation with him, we've come to an agreement that we will continue our work with Yaroslav and the reason being, that his expertise is highly valuated.
I would after this like to announce, that we won't support the usage of Doping and If we we're certain that one of our riders did this, this person will be reported and punished for his actions, we go in for a clean sport and we hope that this investigation won't haunt us.
Giving this situation we will ride in the Continental Tour and this will mean that we will have a negative deficit every month and all races outside Europe has been banned as risky to participate in. Our main sponsor Würth still belives that with our current roster, there won't be a need for more money and more shall only come, when the results starts to come.
More to follow...
Ralf Aldag
