This is going to be a fun stage - a proper Ardennes classic style route with 9 categorised climbs.
Marcel Kittel currently has the Yellow jersey
But that is not going to last! Expect the peloton to reduce throughout the day, and the steep final climb could well be decisive - Jenkin Road. I certainly hope so, as that is where I plan to be!

My money literally is on Valverde @20/1 on Skybet. Difficult (longish) stage like this one could definitely see him run Sagan close in the sprint. |

IMO its gonna be a very select group about 10 riders at the finish. Some sources say Jenkin Road got 33% max gradient. And it's up and down LBL style all the way.
I'm confident of Valv.Piti win in this. Hes in great shape.

Jenkins Rd looks like my type of climb mmmm steep
I can see them really attack it to try and drop Sagan, agree with Kirchen that Valverde looks a good bet for this. I would have said Gerrans and he is a tough nut but he did come down hard today.

With the last climb tough but so short and a few flat kms afterwards I'll go for a reduced bunch sprint with Sagan winning from a group of 40ish.
That said it's very difficult to call, the accumulated climbs might even be too tough for Sagan, a break might stick, a late attack over the last climb could make it or some GC contenders might even fancy a go at an early stage win - hope I can catch the last 40km to find out.

Which sprinters should be able to make this selection? Clearly Sagan will, but can sprinters such as Kristoff, Demare, Coquard and Degenkolb stick to the front?
I have a really tough time fingering this out.
I suspect that riders such as Sagan, Cancellara, Kwiatkowski, Gerrans, Albasini, Valverde, Mollema, Navardauskas, Rogers, Slagter, Bakelants and possibly Joaquin Rodriguez will be well suited for this stage.

Sagan, Sagan, Sagan, even though I'm a huge fan so I think Sagan can win every stage, but this is just perfect for him.
It is very rare to see Sagan get dropped on any other terrain but mountains, and when he knows he has a big chance of winning a Tour de France stage, I think he'll be in the front on the Jenkin Road climb, go Sagan! 
I also think Kwiatkowski will end on the podium, I doubt Gerrans is 100% after his crash from yesterday.
