Seems like every time I post, it's my return to the shirt making scene. I'm only doing jerseys for Cyanide for the PCM game releases. When they don't need my help anymore, I'll leave for good. I'm actually not sure that Cyanide can release these Giro jerseys, and that is why I do.
But thanks for your comment on the jerseys.

Go to PCM14 folder -> 3D -> Cyclist -> Cloth -> Race
And replace the original files with the new shirts.
In this case giro_maillot_time, giro_maillot_points, giro_maillot_mountain and giro_maillot_young. You need to rename your new jersey's with the same name as the old ones to replace them.
