I know that it's 2014, but I'm using PCM 2010 because fuck you .
Anyway, I am interested in doing a video story much like what brewers90 did with Bunzl-Centrica. I am looking for a small team of 15 PCMDaily riders. I'll expand if interest is great.
Rules for your riders:
Rule 1, Riders and Stats:
-No stat above 74, but only 2 stats below 59(makes for more realistic riders. No sprinters who have extreme trouble getting over a speed bump types.)
-No riders under the age of 19.
-All stats will start at 55. You cannot go any lower.
-The age of a rider will determine stat points to spend. Ages 19-22 will be awarded 140 points to start with. Riders aged 23-25 will have 150 points. Riders 26-29 will have 160 points. Riders 30+ will start with 170.
-Also, list 3 goals in order of biggest goal for you.
-Please be riders from countries that produce somewhat decent cyclists. (No small countries because I don't feel like adding country flags )
-Example rider(My rider)
Rider name: Marc Allan
Country: USA
Goal 1: Tour of California
Goal 2: US Pro Challenge
Goal 3: US Road Championships
Age: 24
Stats:
Flat: 66
Mountain: 71
Hills: 71
Downhill: 65
Time Trial; 65
Prologue: 65
Sprint: 71
Acceleration: 71
Cobbles: 56
Fight: 60
Stamina: 68
Resistance: 68
Recovery: 68
Points spent: 150
-Also know that the fighter stat will have affect on the chances the rider will get into the breakaway. So you might want to be weary about tanking the fight stat.
Rule 2, Races:
-Since this is PCM 2010 with a 2013 db, I'll try to make more races available for the team to participate in. That being said, try to focus your riders around decent sized races. We will be on the Continental Circuit, so don't aim high for any ProTour races such as the TdF, Paris-Roubaix, etc.
-Just because you can't set your season goals on us getting to the ProTour races, doesn't mean we won't race any ProTour Races. If/when we get an invite to the big races, I'll choose guys who are either peaking, getting ready to peak, or doing great. We won't get into any of the GT's, but an invite to the TDU, Basque Country, Poland, etc is definitely an option.
-I'll create some races to give us more race days. Some races will be fake, so be aware. They aren't super important races, but they'll be there.
-I am also accepting the craziest races you can think of. So far, there is a race in Chernobyl that an (un)lucky 7 will race in.
Rule 3, Progression:
-After each video, each member will nominate 2 riders to gain a point each. The top 2 riders after each voting session will gain a point to use however they please.
-There will also be natural progression. When announced, each rider in the age group will have 2 points to spend on any stat they would like.
-No stat repeating. You cannot upgrade a stat that has just been upgraded from the previous upgrade. E.G. if you added one point to sprint, you cannot upgrade it again.
-I will also give out points if I see fit in each race.
If anybody has any questions, don't be afraid to ask. This is a little vague and I'll clarify to the best that I can.
Roster (2/15+)
Marc Allan
Jordan Lewis

If any jersey makers and logo makers are still doing things for PCM2010, It would be awesome if you could design a kickass jersey and logo for the team. Pretty please with lots of sugar and cherries and Paris-Roubaix Cobblestones on top?!? |

I'm a little confused about rider points values? All those stats combined is way above the limits and is impossible not to be?
Am I to believe this is all scaled up? Like 1050 instead of 150?

So the stats have to all add up to 160?
