As you maybe know, Cafe Pedro is spammed with all of these meats,receipts , so i decided to make thread.
Here,talk about what food you like/prefer, some traditional food from your country and everything else connected to food.

I have to say admirschleck that those two meals you posted from serbia are looking great, i would like to taste it for sure. In the end, we are both Slavic, so meals are not much different.
Some typical Czech and Slovak meals here, we are specialists in Czech Republic in making the sauces, especially with dumplings.
We have some meals similar to Germans also.
Svickova na smetane
Beef and sauce made from cream and mixed vegetables served with bohemian dumplings, whipped cream and cranberries, you hardly had something better in your life. 
Vepro-knedlo-zelo
Roasted pork with dumplings and sauerkraut, great with czech
beer 
Oblozene chlebicky
Typical party and snack food, there are countless types of variants, with various salami, cheese and vegetables. Made from french stick bread...
Ovocne knedliky
These are fruit dumplings with cottage cheese, czech speciality, made with either strawberries, blueberries, appricots or much more inside. Served with cottage cheese, sugar and hot butter. God, these are great.

These are Jesleyh, i was in many countries and tasted many great dishes, but iam always looking forward to return to "our" food. (but i love also italian and french cousine, my favourite food is beef steak- medium or well done).
And one typical Slovak food, similar to german spätzle. These are called Halusky. Often served with saurkraut and roasted onion,also with special sheep cheese brynza
.
Or another great and unhealthy poatato pancake, made from grated potatoes, mixed with smoked meat and served with sauerkraut.
Jeez, iam hungry.

Nice Avin, problem is that i can't find good pictures of Serbian kitchen,believe me,it's one of the best (as well as our girls)
Karadjordjeva snicla
It's actually steak that got name from "Karadjordje" (Black Djordje - Known historic guy). You get some chips , salad with it. In it, you can actually put whatever you want but most traditional way is to put mixed meat.
The popular way is also to put melted cheese in and on it.
Musaka
Baked and chopped potato with mixed meat. Recommend to eat it when it's hot,it just melts in yout mouth.

I grew up with German (more specifically Bavarian) Beer
But you know classic British food:
Kebabs
Curry
Fish & Chips
and i just made myself insanely hungry...

Sljivovica
It's actually brandy (scnhnapps) , something similar to whiskey,but stronger.
"Sljiva" means plum and it's called like that for obvious reason. Plum is added in it. You have many different kinds (such as "Jabukovaca" , "Jabuka" - Apple), but this one is most popular.
I am still young,but ye,i tried it several times,of course.

Kebab is not british food Manx, it is from Turkey, also curry is from India, but i will give you that one, as your country ruled it. 
If i have to be honest, british cousine is the worst i have ever encountered and it barely exists in fact. Half of it are fast foods (also the children are looking like they eat a lot in fast foods).
And when it is british cousine and not from different country origin, it is something like pie filled with viscera. 
Just saying, without bias...
Edit: Btw. we also have Slivovice admirschleck, many of them, made from plums, apricot, pear and many more. I hate it though, it gave me hours of bad feelings in the bathroom.

The best food for me is definitely the Italian. So much to choose from. Great ingredients and flavours.

I agree. Was there some years ago and the British food is nonexistent. There's some dishes, but most for me are really boring |

And you are wrong there as well, cause the kebab in the form as depicted in the photo was invented by a turk in Berlin. So technically, the Doner Kebab is in fact german

Outstanding examples of British food in the North and Scotland, where my family and I live include:
The Parmo. Breaded Chicken fillet with bechamel sauce, cheddar and mozzarella
After that 2800 calories of joy, we have the humble Yorkshire Pudding
And finally a fine Scottish dish. Haggis
All this can be drunk with Irn Bru, or Yorkshire Tea |

Oh miggi,i am eating both of first 2 meals , every week/month here. I totally love them! Luckily enough,i just ate, so no water out of mouth
Yorkshire Pudding is "Ustipci" here, also totally adore it!

Let me introduce you to the wonderful world of norwegian cusine:
Lutefisk
Cod soaked in lye (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lye) for a few days to give it the appetizing jelly like consistency. Usually served with potatos.
Rakfisk
Rotten trout. Left to rot for 2 - 12 months and then eaten raw. Usually served with flatbrød or lompe. Here's what wikipedia has to say about it:
It is not recommended that rakfisk is eaten by pregnant women or people with an impaired immune system.
Gravlaks
More rotten fish! This one is made from salomon and has been buried in the sand before it's eaten raw.

Don't like fish? How about a tasty sheep head instead?

It's not that bad, we just borrow dishes that we like from other countries
I don't believe anyone has mentioned the mighty Cornish Pasty, definitely one of my favourites

Yeah we do have quite a big obesity problem (like 1 in 4 people are obese)
Oh and 30% of children in this country believe that cheese grows on trees

@tyriion: That's why I almost never eat Dutch food. And don't forget the other Dutch classic: meat with potatoes and vegetables.
