Before I begin:
Spoiler Obviously this is my first story, which means that I might not be familiar with all the forum features, but I will do my best
Secondly, if you want to give any suggestions regarding how I should post, I would appreciate it.
Behind the Scenes: I got bored playing as SKY in my career; I decided to create a Custom Team sponsored by Barclays. I decided to "create" a new team like what Sky did in 2009. Our team doesn't have 25 people in large part due to the manager picking quality and youth over quantity. Also, although our team is British, we are more international than you think. We don't have a particular emphasis on any particular region. Anyway, Peter was one of our scouted young riders with excellent potential. The beginning may be boring, he has poor stats but I don't want to edit them.
For my first reports as a story writer, I'm going to borrow some ideas from Ian's story just to get me started.
Lastly, there might be long lulls in between the races Peter doesn't race since I need to actually advance in my career. All right, enough talking.
Hello, I'm Peter Pritchard, and I'm 18 right now. Don't confuse me with the leading turtle zoologist, my parents weren't aware of that when they named me! I was born and raised in London, and growing up I watched some of the best like Philippe Gilbert. I would say that I'm a really good Puncher; Britain doesn't have very many cyclists like me!
In 2013, a new Conti Pro Team sponsored by Barclays offered me a contract. I happily agreed and thus I started my professional career.
I really don't have any goals this year, because I would say I'm not ready for professional racing yet.
My schedule isn't set in stone, but all that I know is that my manager has allowed me to ride in the Ardennes Classics and the Vuelta as well. Other than that I might not race much this year in the best interest of the team. All in all I'm happy to ride with some of the best stars in the cycling world.
I will give you a recap of all the races I take part in. I might (this does not mean will!) also report other major races if I happen to have photos. Nevertheless, I will update you on the team during important times (like my teammate Froome's chase for Tour victory).
I have time for some questions if you feel like asking, as I can edit my blog anytime!

Just a note: You may find me constantly editing posts to get elements to work, feel free to help me.
This is just going to be my help box with my issues.
OK, is it normal for a rider to have 6 stars in all aspects?

Where's asshole-like part? I mean,547984 obviously asked about that (what i was talking about, aince,in previous post he posted "Career Info" and not the results. I think Luigi commented just to have +1 post. And thanks for great words... |

@admirschleck - I don't think that Luigi posted just to say something, rather he just misunderstood the question. At least, he tried to help, there is no reason to be sarcastic about it. What is asshole-like? The way you responded to how he tried to help. Even if he didn't help at all, he meant to, there is no way, I think, you should behave like that.
Either way, this is off-topic, so answer me in PM if you want, let's give this topic back to the story.

Leaders:
Chris Froome
After years with Sky, Froome has decided to join our team as he will lead us in the TdF. I believe he has to be the favorite for wearing yellow. He will not peak during any other races though he will race the Ardennes.
Dario Cataldo
Yet another rider coming from Sky. He is a developing stage racer that will lead us at the Giro. He may also be in the fall classics/tours, since we don't want his season ending in May.
Thomas De Gendt
Although many consider him not the type for stage races, he showed us his power in last year's Giro. Thus, we will get him on form to lead us at the Vuelta. The Ardennes will also be a big target.
Arnaud Demare
Considered by many to be a great in the future, he is a young French sprinter that has tremendous talent. He initially wanted to race the Tour, but one of our big sponsor goals was to get the points jersey at the Vuelta. We told him that he still has many years to come, and will race the Tour in the future.
Other Team Members:
Bart De Clercq
Luke Durbridge
Andrew Fenn
Andrea Guardini
Sergio Henao
Ion Izagirre
Bob Jungles
Michal Kwiatkowski
Rafal Majka
Moreno Moser
Dominik Nerz
Taylor Phinney
Tom Slagter
Ian Stannard
Geraint Thomas
Matteo Trentin
Tom Veelers
My thoughts: This team is wonderful! Of course we will get promoted next year.

Peter's Team Update - Jan. to mid Feb.
We started off the season training. When I first rode at the pace, I threw up multiple times . It's certainly tough riding at the same level with these stars! I found training really boring, so no pictures.
At the Aussie Champs Durbo was not on form, so no significant results in the RR or TT. I talked to him and he said that he just needed to get in shape.
My teammate Bart De Clercq took overall victory in San Luis, congrats to him!! Arnaud Demare took 2 stages in Qatar and finished 2nd on GC.
See you next time!
Peter

Sorry, I'm "utilizing" the comparatively low salaries for some of the riders
