Growing up and life story
Hi guys!
Welcome to my little cycling/life blog where i will write everything connected to my cycling career/my life. First,lets start with some basic stuffs. I was born 21 years ago at Bradford/UK. I grew up in great standing family,getting everything i wish from my parents and my older brother.When i was 7 years old i saw some local guys racing out there at some local cyclo-cross race. At the start,i was getting in love with it,but after few years,when i started to get in puberty,started to grow up,i realized that thats it.It will be my lifes path,it just began my passion! My first amateur race was when i was 12 years old (if i remember corectly). That was bad try and i finished as 12 of 15 competitors. Some local trainers said that i should turn for something else before it's too late , because i definitely does not have any talent for this "job". That was crucial moment. I was so sad back in the days,sitting whole day at home and practising 24/7 at bike rollers. Then,after half year break,after my brother said that i should sign up for some regional cyclo-cross race and that would be my decisive moment, continue with cycling / try something else. That was really strange race,at the start i fell and got huge injury at my knee. 3 laps passed and i was about 23/24 competitiors. Then,passing throught finish line i heard my mom screaming "Do it for your father,you can do it Arthur,you're king!". I got supermegahyper power and motivation to continue. (I don't know if i noticed,but my father died when i was 4 years old. I really can't remember him but from pictures,everyone says that i look like him.). I continued that race and was 2nd,that was decisive moment,"I will continue my career" - i shouted loudly at the end.
Switching to road racing
At about start of 2012 i was thinking to turn up into cyclist.Many scouts got me at some U23 races and said that it is,i should really switch Cyclo-Cross with Road Racing. I did it, and raced half-season with Rapha Condor JLT. Now,my contract is finished and i'm looking for new team!

Last few hours i was in talk with every ProTour teams. Most of them want myself in their 2013 squad but here are most possible solutions:
Orica GreenEdge
Seems like its probably the best solution. They said that i should not expect team leader place at 2013 season,but i will definitely be 1st man for Peter Weening. That sounds great for me!
Cannondale Pro Cycling
It will be great to get my place into one of the best all-around teams.Knowing that Basso is getting weaker and weaker,there might be my chance for success!
BMC Racing
Protecting WChampion and ex-Tour winner would be huge privilege for me.But,seems like i'll have to wait for some time to get one of best positions in team. I will still think about it!
I only have few more hours for final decision,i will think about every segment of my first professional contract and try to get as better as possible position in that team. See ya soon! |

Thats it,i've finally signed a contract with Orica - GreenEdge cycling team until 2015. Its great feeling i have to say guys. Guys that are working on site was fast so they announced this at "News" part of site. Here is preview of it:

Guys are great,atmosphere too! You really wish you are at my place right now! Some training camps are coming soon,also my director said that tonight or tommorow he will announce my Calendar for first part of season. See ya soon! |
