 Jeffery Bakker
Great at climbing long, long climbs, but suffers on the short kicks. He has a handy kick for the final run to the line
 Marco Benigni
Quite possibly a future Tour winner. Marco is great at going up mountains, hills and can back up the next day with a furious Time Trial
 Isaac Brady
A handy hill climbing, Isaac is great for team support on the lower slopes of climbs, and on anything less than a few km's in length, he excels
 Jay Cavendish
The younger brother of Mark, Jay is not as fast as his older brother, but still packs a punch and can ride cobbles very well
 Dombi Csabi
A great all-round climber, he also has a great ability against the clock, yet takes a while to get going in the test of truth
 David Frei
Our man for flat tours with cobbles, David can cobble well and time trial a little bit better
 Mate Gombocz
A pure climber, Mate has a little time trial experience, but prefers to tow a large group up a climb, rather than ride by himself
 Phil Hoyle
One of the team's workhorses, Phil can ride flat roads and time trials well, and cops a kick in the sprint, and so has good prologue ability
 Joshua Johnson
One of the team's better time trialist, he provides great support on the flats and in Team Time Trials
 Lukas Jonsson
One of the teams young riders
 Jak Love
Another of the team's GC riders, Jak is a great climber, and although he has some time trialing ability, it will need to improve to win a Grand Tour
 Sam Love
The eldest of the 3 brothers, Sam is a great sprinter and very handy against the clock, thanks to his days as a successful Triathlete
 Taylor Love
Taylor has the best of both worlds, being able to choose between climbing, sprinting and time trialing. He chose all 3, being a great all-rounder
 Vincenzo Moretti
Living down the street from the Poggio climb, Vincenzo naturally developed the skills needed to win on that climb. He used to live in a cobbled alley
 Kamou Owiti
A Kenyan! He used to ride 55 km's twice a day, to and from school, and thought he should start cycling, so he did, and is great at it
 Uolevi Ranta
Our Fastest Man in The World (of Finland...), Uolevi is a fantastic sprinter. Expect many, many wins
 Louis Remington
Again, Louis is another pure climber, he lacks that leg strength to win races with time trials, but has improved immensely since he started racing
 Jeremy Richardson
What can't he do? He can climb, time trial, ride cobbles and sprint. And he has the ability to win almost any race. Almost
 Garry Sutton
Another climber from the UK, Garry is a better time trialist than the others, but that may come from his old training days with Bradley Wiggins
 Gido Szende
Another of the team's workhorses, he will help the team on flat stages
 Marco van de Weerthof
The team's breakaway rider. His pure goal is to seek the breakaway
 Nick Van Der Velde
Our own little Canadian Puncheur. Nick can climb mountains, hills and sprint with the best that are left
 Brad Ward
A young Australian rider, he hopes to follow in Cadel Evans' footsteps
 Jakob Zoltan
The final rider, and generally the final rider pacing the pack before the leaders hit it out

Sweet as, now we're in business. Just a head's up though, so far all but one rider have been very good (like Sammy Sanchez's and Richie Porte's). I'd prefer some riders like Kittel's, Tuft's or Boonens. |

I fail to see any similarity between these three examples, and no big difference in strenght between Sammy, Kittel and Boonen.

Cio93: I get what you are saying, but i was refering to the type of rider (sprinter, time trialist, cobbler) and saying that i had enough climbers (i.e Sammy Sanchez's) |

I've got a good amount of riders now. Not enough to start the story yet, but we're getting there. Please NO MORE CLIMBER OR GC RIDERS. I NEED SPRINTERS AND COBBLERS |
