After studying all of the applicants, we (the admins) have come to a decision on the 12 New Managers who will be joining the Management Game. We judged based on the application itself, what each member has done on PCMdaily so far, and how well we think each will do as a manager, and whether they will last as manager - and hopefully you all will.
And the 12 are as follows, in alphabetical order:
Arthon
Beagle
Heine
Jack888
Kami
OlegTinkov
Pangare
Rycadinho
Smowz
Thrige
Viking90
Vosken94
So congratulations to you! You can now start to build your team, with the following steps.
- Thinking up a team name, and sponsors and finding a jersey. It may be a fresh idea that requires you to make a jersey request, or you may want to search the extensive amount of Fantasy jerseys that have been posted either here, or at another PCM site, such as the Cyanide one, find a jersey you like, and take those sponsors for your team. Once you have a jersey, please then submit it to the Shirts database, in the 2011 Management Game section.
- Make a thread in the Teams HQ forum to introduce your team, it's sponsors, and the jersey - when posting, you may want to include some extra reserved posts, which can be filled at a later date with your rider lists from the transfers, and result documentation from races in the 2011 season.
Comiserations to those of you who have not been chosen, it was a difficult choice - but dont give up just yet. There is always the possibility that more spaces could become available.

Whatever reason the admins had for who they allowed into the game, I'm sure it was warranted. Their are no loose cannons in that group. You weren't the most active/longest here person to not get a team, and you still might get one. So just relax, stay around the forum, don't pull a Magenta, and you will have a good chance of getting one for 2012.
