@547984: Sorry, I tried helping you relive Travis' past faster when it's a key part of this plot... It's really worth a reread. 
It's not like the writing is any worse, I still consider Season 1 one of the best written Seasons of the entire story.

I understand it. While the story arch of the father having another stroke was kind of meh, I really like the first 2 episodes so far.

Paul put his hand on my shoulder, "Travis, now isn't the time..."
*In unison I could hear Zooey and Joseph start crying* "Travis!"
My conversation with Paul was cut short. I had to help Chloe.
It took a good 20 minutes to calm the two of them down.
How much longer until they can walk and talk? I can't take this anymore.
With that taken care of I tried to find Paul to finish
our conversation but he was no where to be found. He had left.
But, I got what I needed. Even if he couldn't answer all of my questions.
So, I spent the rest of the visitation period talking with Chloe.
It was nice catching up, I missed her a lot and still wanted to make us work.
However, she would always change the subject whenever I got too "romantic."
I don't know what direction we are going in, but I'm not going to give up on her.
In fact, this journey home has been an eye opening realization for me.
I shouldn't give up. I can't give up. I won't give up.
On life, relationships, or cycling.

Sorry if I have been sounding a little loopy in my past few episodes.
I probably should have waited until after the funeral to put my pen to paper.
Yet, being here in Kansas really has allowed me to get back to my roots.
Let me explain: I wouldn't be a cyclist if it wasn't for my family -
Chloe, Zooey, Joseph, Kyle, My Mom, My Dad, My Grandpa, and Even My Fans.
Yes, my fans. If you are reading this you have stuck with me.
Through the good and the bad you have been there for me.
By my definition that makes you apart of my family.
And apparently at least some you still like me because I got an envelope
in the mail today saying my blog was nominated for some sort of award.
That's incredible! Thank You for the continued support!
(I just hope the award comes with some money...)
I'm kidding. Thanks to Paul, I found a way to get back into cycling.
More on that in the next episode though. For now, I leave you this statement.
This time around I'm not going to forget My Family.
This time around it's not just about me. This time around there are no PEDs.
This time around... this time around I'm going to make The Comeback.
