Agreed. Haven't enjoyed Chloe storyline cause it is so predictable.
Stroke storyline was very unpredictable way back when.
Once again I agree with more racing. Makes it seem less realistic if all that happens is drama. This isn't a soap opera, this is a cycling story.

I agree with everything that he said.

@The Hobbit: The first fair race, wow interesting choice. But I guess it did set the stage for him to become I cycling so yeah I could see that. And their my secrets, while most of them. Some writers have already PM me asking how I do it (like TMM) so they are slowing being leaked.
@welker3257: The stroke was an interesting twist. I just needed more time to stall until I had a DB to use. But the stalling didn't last long enough as you found out.
@Jakstar22: Thanks for your input. I have to agree, I don't have a favourite episode either. I like most of them. Few of them I would go back and reword but not every story is perfect.
@TheManxMissile: Yeah I can understand the "frustration/hatred" of the Chloe story line but it's something I have no regrets doing looking back on it. It's different and I enjoy it. In terms of it being irrational, the only thing I can say is everybody makes weird decisions in their life. Travis just came off a big statement win at the festival, thinking logical probably wasn't his top priority.
Also, Andy Schleck was quite an achievement but this is by far my longest story. It's your decision. If it was me I would include both lol.
@baseballlover312: You don't enjoy a story line because it's too predictable but don't want too much drama... Yeah, I still get what you mean. It's tough to balance but I understand that it has been rather drama orientated lately. I have to keep both in check but once you start the cycling aspect it typical goes on for 5-6 episodes. The same goes with setting up the drama aspects, it takes 4-5 episodes to build up the tension to were I want it.
All considered, you should all be happy to know that more racing is coming. And at the moment I don't have any more twists stored up.
For now...
Thanks for responding, I like hearing from readers. Even if your not always on board with my plot twists or story decisions from time to time (*cough* TMM & BBL *cough*)

What's predictable about a good cycling race?

Also, why is everyone complaining about a predictable and over dramatic story line, watch Australian Master Chef, and you'll realise just how laid back and surprising this is,
TMM! I don't see what was surprising about Travis' actions in the latest episodes, I mean, it seemed to me the right thing, or am I just Naive. |

Favorite episode? Well it's a couple of episodes: the track experience
Didn't see most of it coming, but you keep pleasantly surprising me.
I'd say you keep up like you're doing with it, it's a great story! |

Life was moving so fast. I now had a baby and a marriage on the way.
Chloe, Zooey, and I were all getting settled in here in Barcelona, Spain.
I almost forgot that I was a cyclist. I still had a job to do. That's why I was here.
Fernando Alonso didn't waste any time getting me back into the action -
February 17-20, 2014: Vuelta a Andalucia
What a start list. Wiggins, Conta, Quintana, J-Rod... for this race?
My form is awful. I haven't raced since the American RR, 7 and half months ago.
So, I just using this 4 days to build that up as a helper for Henao.
Not like our new team can do much with this start list anyways.
--- *** --- *** --- *** ---
We are in San Fernando for the opening prologue. A tad to far outside
of Barcalona for Chloe and little Zooey to make the trip to watch me.
Just some pictures of me today because I'm egotistic.
You already could guess that Wiggins easily got the victory.
Alonso didn't waste any expenses with these colorfully jerseys.
I actually kind of like them, they are cooler than Bissells that's for sure.
I finish 103rd out of 116th. Yeah it's going to be a long 4 days.

3 hilly stages on tap after the prologue to decide the tour.
My job? Protect Henao. Hopefully he remembers this for later in the season.
Sebastian finishes in one of the top groups so my protect isn't wasted.
Although I was wasted at the end of the day. Getting in shape isn't fun.
The winner of the stage was none other than Contador.
He also takes the GC lead away from Wiggins.

Uphill finish so odds are another Contador win.
But the breakaway steals this one, a stage win for Jorge Azanza.
I just rest in the peloton today, maybe I'll try something tomorrow.

Downhill finish so odds are a breakaway win.
It's my one chance to shine as I'm joined with Pedro Sequera in the breakaway.
Nope, you really should have seen this coming. Contador wins.
It was a long tour but I'm glad to get the first one out of the way here in 2014.

+2 EXP for finally getting back to the road with my new team Desigual.
My next race will be Vuelta a la Region de Murcia:
Spoiler
My training is now in your hands for the rest of my career.
After each race I can receive both EXP and Form Points.
EXP is a permanent stat gains while Form is temporary (the next race update).
A maximum of 3 EXP and 5 Form can be rewarded after each stage.
After any stage I receive EXP or Form points
you guys get to decided where I put those stat gains to use.
All you have to do is comment on which category you want
1 of the stat gains to go (Ex. Mountain, Sprint, Flat, etc.)
The EXP points are used up first followed by the Form.
Each member can only say one category for themselves.
And it will go until all the points are used up.
If you have any questions about my training, leave a question below.
It looks confusing at first but it's rather simple,
and this will be the only method for me to progress talent wise.

EXP - Prologue, Stamina / Form - Sprint
@547984: Yep it's good to be on the road again.
@aidanvn13: Agreed. It's frustrating seeing his energy bars deplete so fast during each stage. We are getting to the point his main stats don't matter if his secondary ones aren't any good.
@jseadog1: Thanks for the SPRINT form on a mountain stage.

I didn't have any time to go home to check up on little Zooey
because three days later I had to race the Vuelta a Murcia.
Rodriquez makes the same journey as me from Vuelta a Andalucia to take part.
Really hard to see anybody else winning this one considering
Joaquim needs to back up his Spanish RR Championship he won last season.
Our team is riding for Diaz (not Perez), but Henao might try something as well.
But if you came here to see me, your going to be disappointed...
--- *** --- *** --- *** ---
Is the big climb going to decide it? Or the uphill finish?
A huge group of 14 riders get away. The Desigual rider is Henao.
He is by far the best climber in the group and rips the breakaway apart
on the longest climb of the day, but as you can see the peloton is closing in.
Over the top the peloton splits but they do catch Henao.
Igor Anton slips away but Henao is in the E2 group trying to chase him down.
Anton is caught with 8kms to go and Rodriguez capitalizes on it.
Henao slips all the way back to 53rd as a big group swept him up.
It's a no-show day for me. I'm still trying to build up my form.

+1 EXP for learning patience. Can't be active every race.
My next race is the Istrian Spring Trophy in about a month's time:
(So I get time to be with Zooey and plan a wedding with Chloe.)

Hardly surprising that Travis is lacking form after what he has been through |

Can we get a group consensus where we decide to improve Travis's secondary stats (STA, REC, DH)? His primary stats are (relatively)high without good back up stats
