I think that's the word - hotlinks. When you see a word and click on it and it takes you to a certain page.
One way to do it is like this:
https://pcmdaily.com/news.php
But what about if you want to look like this?

The above link doesn't work because I don't know the code/language to input.

You can also get it to look normal colours by putting [ color=#000000 ] [/color ] around it too.

EDIT: Or not... you used to be able to anyway...
EDIT 2: Or yes you can still, but the color= bit has to be inside the url tags.
