We managed to shave off a decent chunk of $$. Gaviria took a decent cut from his FA wage down to a more acceptable level. Still a little high, especially after a slightly disappointing season, but not the end of the world.

Dunbar took a nice cut even after a terrific first season in PT. Latour experienced his first decline and also takes a decent cut. Again could have been a better outcome with his negotiations, but still acceptable. Speaking of declines, Stussi also took a cut. Still on a decent wage, but he had a great season so there wasn't much wiggle room. A.Fidaus had a great first maxed season as well, so gets a reward. His brother Prasetyo was the only other notable contract - he felt the need for a raise now that he's finished his development.

We said goodbye to 5 riders, most notably long time team servant and the best TT rider Indonesia has ever seen in Dealton Nur Arif Prayogo. He has been huge for the team over the years, and is our longest serving rider. Sadly age had got the better of him and he has taken a step back from the team.

Trondsen was after a big payday after being a key member of Gaviria's sprint train, so we rewarded him with joining the unemployment line. Herrera was a late additino before the last season, along with Jurado and have been released. Rolland rode as a stagiere for us towards the end of last season and has not received a full contract.

Overall, relatively happy with how things went. Dunbar had a great season so it was expected that he would get a nice raise, but took a surprising cut instead. We've cleared some cap space and are looking forward to finding fun ways to use it.

As always, this isn't a traditional availability list. I don't even know how to quantify it 3 - 5 means open to any offers (doesn't necessarily mean they're going to be leaving), 2 means don't be afraid to make an offer, and 1 means you might need to make me a killer Rendang first.

With our current plans, we might be looking to move on the world's best sprinter Gaviria. Not a guarantee of course and he'll require a convincing deal. Dunbar would of course need to receive a very convincing offer to leave the team. We're very happy with Latour and Stussi and would be happy for them to stay, but could see them starting next season in another teams' jersey.

Zwiehoff doesn't really fit our plans and is free to leave for a good offer/swap as well as Sagiv. Others are pretty self explainatory. We're expecting a very active transfer period and look forward to hearing from any and all

Fredheim was signed from our Scandinavian friends at Tafjord or a combined $1m fee + Illam Hefnar, our young Indonesian climbing talent. He wasn't originally on our radar, but when we looked towards the future in a few seasons time he slots in nicely as our future lead sprinter. We sadly had to part ways with Hefnar to get the deal over the line and hope to bring him back at some point in the future.

Kogut was brought in from the FA for a lowly 60k wage - he will fit right in alongside Fredheim who we anticipate he'll be a loyal pilot fish for in future seasons.

Meisa is going to develop into a strong rouler in the future, the first 'proper' rouler to come out of Indonesia since Novardianto (sorry BVA). We're excited to bring him in at a time when fellow home-grown rider Nur Hasan is taking further steps in his development and Fredheim has joined the team and will reach his potential at a similar time to Meisa.

Royan doesn't technically count as he was registered under our team last season, however was out on loan. He re-joined the team pre-transfers, and will now spend the season out on loan at our friends UBS - EDP. Royan can develop either into an ok TT rider with a moderate sprinting ability, or a more traditional rouler.

Herlangga is going to develop into a cookie-cutter climber. Nothing special, but solid hopefully.

Morton is probably the 'headline' signing for our transfer period. He was brought in somewhat spontaneously when other targets could not be reached, and as such we had to pay a hefty price to acquire his services. He's a rider that we've always admired however, and our incessant enquiries to tsmoha about him every year for the past decade could potentially be what drove him away from the MG out of madness in recent years.

Mullen is another rider we've long admired, but we've never really anticipated having the ability to bring him in. He's getting a bit long in the tooth, but is a premium TT'er and we can't wait to see him tear it up alongside his Irish compatriot and friend Eddie Dunbar during the season. He was brought in for a relatively hefty fee of 1.2m + M. Yudha.

Van Moer is another rider who didn't factor into our preseason plans, but once he potentially became available it was inevitable that an offer would have to be arranged. We had previously bought in sprinter Willi Willwhol and taded him + 450k to get the move over the line, bringing him in from Everesting. Van Moer will ride as part of our TTT squad throughout the season, but will have his own opportunities in Arenberg and TONE where we're excited to see what he can do.

Casillas was brought in from Minions for a 15k fee + Slovakian leadout extraordinaire Erik Baska. He'll slot right in to our TTT setup.

Rodriguez and Natarov were both signed from the FA as climbing support for our leaders. With a big outgoing roster of climbers, we needed to strengthen our stocks and landed on these two. Natarov spent last season at our friends Sauber, and Rodriguez with Simba.

Croes and Tanfield are simply additions to our TTT setup, with Croes being able to fill in as a general helper in most races as well. Croes was one of our primary FA targets, so we're thrilled to bring him in. Tanfield as landed for bottom dollar, a shame however that he has forgotten to ride his bike a little over the off season.

Schiffer is a terrible mistake. Our scouting department were utilising old scouting reports when he was offered a contract that weren't reflective of his future abilities. He will be paid well this season, but we'll make him work for it.

Bittner was brought in on loan to help finish his development and will be a key helper for Nur Hasan this season. He joins us from Simba.

Revelo joins us for the season from CT outfit SEE Turtles. He'll gain experience being involved in a few GT's this season to help him take the final step in hihs development.

Moiruri also joins us from Simba. He will join our TTT setup and ride in a supporting role this season before finishing his development as quite a handy TT rider.

Transfers were a solid 5/10 for us. The ultimate goal was to take advantage of a likely weak PT division and train Firdaus and Nur Hasan which was partially achieved, unfortunately Nur Hasan couldn't take an extra step in his development as we had envisioned for the upcoming season. We also wanted to take advantage of the large amount of TTT's in the PT calendar so sought to build a proper TTT squad around Dunbar which we're quite happy with.

We struggled with rider sales and also struggled with moves for incoming riders quite a lot during the first period of transfers which caused us to miss out on a lot of targets and we had to change our strategy to facilitate this. When moves were eventually found, it was usually too late to do anything too meaningful. We're ultimately happy with the team compiled for the season and hope we can avoid slipping into relegation danger and have a nice, boring season.
