Do you think we are currently too lenient on activity disbands?

Lets keep this on-topic of the current season - which single teams is gonna get relegated from PT and PCT that none of us expect? And who's going to shockingly promote from CT and PCT?

what's the one MG mistake you made that you'd take back.

What is your worst take for every division (i.e. the take you believe in although while being sure you'll be totally wrong about)?
This is a little open ended bit I'll try:
PT - Don't think Bolt can expect Peak to be as strong a leader in PT as he was in PCT.
PCT - Selling Del Grosso after relegating will not be worth it for Grieg long term.
CT - Stalberg and Pira are going to score better in CT and raise Tajford higher than people think.

Bewley - Never seen a rider so automatic, and it was during peak inflation era
Phinney - Dominating presence from a young age and sort of immune to all engine changes
Cunego - He had to compete with strict mtn/hill ratio stage design and was still an incredible rider for both classics and GTs
Herklotz - So far above his generation, I never thought we'd see someone else like him again (until the stat gains bumped Del Toro)

For me personally (sorry if I'm forgetting):
- Scorchio taught me a lot about the game via transfers Skype chats in my middling years, and I would not have developed as a manager without his guidance
- Maxime is someone I never did many deals with but had a sort of kinship with as younger Americans who joined the same year, and our teams had very similar paths in terms of struggles and relegation/promotion
- sutty never quite got a handle on team construction, but he was so dedicated to his HQ and the his presence was unmatched
You might have been on this list along with a couple of other returners, so glad that's not the case! Also hard to count Croatia since he's still around.

If you can't find the time to make at least one post for your races on a fairly regular basis, you don't deserve to be in the game. We're all busy, but outside of transfers, it really asks only the bare minimum, and you owe that participation to the people who make this happen. But I get why we need to balance discipline with preserving enough managers to sustain the game.

Well, I don't know what people are expecting at this stage, but I'll try to think outside the box:
PT > PCT = Gazelle
PCT > PT = Trans Looney Tunes
CT > PCT = Euskotren

Assuming you mean a seemingly overpriced second tier signing who ends up punching well above his weight and being sort of a team hero (I guess that's pretty specific), give me Lukas Eriksson. His wage scared people off for good reason, but think he will surprise some people this year and help bring Bacharu towards promotion.

If nobody suspects a Gazelle relegation then thats more shocking than any of the hot takes
Spoiler Gazelle spends less than the PCT wage cap on their riders

Mistake: Taking aside that my entire 2014 team was a mistake, probably investing so much money into training Aranburu. Seems weird to say after he finally broke out last year, but you have to think about opportunity cost, and spending >$3 million across two years on him was a silly sort of "no better option" decision that was questionable even before the engine change buffed stamina.
Success: I got a lot of PMs questioning my choice to bid 1 million on Per (which was somewhat exorbitant at the time) and then train him when he was already a Roubaix winner, but it's probably the best move I ever made.

I thought I would let you define what being Larry Warbasse means, seems like a reasonable definition although a tiny bit specific. Dion Smith would be my call, for being pretty unassuming but getting the job done, although he isn't that much younger.

Countries in MG, that has too many teams focusing on it, despite the talent not supporting it?
Easy answer was previously Switzerland, though Sauber is now pulling away from the competition,
You could still argue about Switzerland, given that Fincantieri also has a secondary focus there now
But my question:
What is your take about multilateral deals (B wants a rider from A, C wants a rider from B -> A and B swap riders, then C gets "his" rider from A) just to save on taxes?

If you had restarted, what would be your focus nation and team name?
