Conci joins us from Hunter Valley in the same deal which saw Jack Haig go the other way. He will be a very important part of our stage racing and TTT set up for the season.

That's a good start with Conci being a nice rider for TT heavy stage races and Haverdings a cool talent (that I should have a look into as well, thinking of it ...)!

Haverdings is a very nice future dom for any cobbled leader, also able to help out in any other race as a dom. Conci of course a very nice signing as well, not many teams can say they have 2 Avenir winners in their team

@kb: Thanks, the Conci deal was a perfect fit for both teams, so we went for it. Feels good to be able to sign another Dutch talent after a couple of dry years!
@SotD: Conci was one of my top targets as well, from the time the possible availability was announced!
@Nemo: I wanted to write the Avenir part when introducing Conci but completely forgot! Thanks for the reminder

Conci is one hell of a rider, he almost made me want to abandon my anti-European bias, but you are a much better fit for the Italian.
Great talent signing as well and excited to see what else is to come even though I haven't managed anything real in our conversations so far (my fault).
