At least Philipsen has 1 dot...there is hope!
No but but seriously, it looks like you've got some pieces to parlay into some sweet, sweet cash for training that totally won't be happening.
Always interesting to see what moves you make in transfers

I will believe a quiet transfers for you when I see it
Bit of a positive as Pogi took a cut. I'm sure he'll bounce back this time. Increase for Siric was obvious. He should also do better this season I think.

That's a pretty decent cut for Pog. I think depending on what GT he's at this season he can really put this season behind him and score really well. Sure you'll find a way to invoke a bit of chaos in your transfer period

Pretty cool to see all 25 riders renewed. Not a lot of cap space left heading into transfers, though.

One dot next to Stojnic is not a lot of dots, but a dot is a dot.

Very cool renewals for you think Siric is vastly underpaid, Tadej on the other hand well.. i do think the increased difficulties of the GT routes this year will help him somewhat he's always going to have a struggle behind Kudus and Herk more well balanced MO/HI range but i don't see why next year as they decline he can't win a GT
It's not like winning a GT has contributed to team success in the last few years. Anyway knowing Pogacar and PCM24 my expectations are low.
Sorry. I gotta a keep a few on par performers.

Keeping expectations low. Flipping a couple riders in/out is probably the max I'm capable of.

I'm glad someone enjoys my suffering
Unless you or anyone else wanna make it loud then it's going to be quiet

A 30k cut doesn't change the picture at all.

I'll agree to disagree on all three sentences

If my team was actually good I think having little cap space would be normal. Unfortunately I'm a team that flirts with the relegation zone.

Don't believe you a single bit about no Pogacar or Siric training, but I love being wrong - and i'd love to seem them get even stronger too.
Am sure that we will talk and eventually end up without a deal, but I'm intrigued by your list.

One of them gets stronger, the other gets weaker. Both more expensive. The numbers don't add up.

That's the spirit! Then again I didn't forget your dismissal of the terrapin

The wheeling and dealing will be fun to watch, but the cores solid so no real worries about survival.

We are happy to be able to announce our first new signing. In what has become a bit more of a custom in recent years we are investing in late bloomers. We believe the following rider can be a good fit for us in flat and cobbled races when he completes his development, which will this season take place at Pro Tour team Polar.
With that said we welcome:
Emanuel Zangerle | Age: 26 | Lvl: 3.30 | Wage: 50k | FL | MO | MM | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CB | SP | AC | FT | DH | PR | | 73 | 64 | 65 | 64 | 61 | 73 | 70 | 65 | 68 | 66 | 70 | 73 | 72 | 64 |
Zangerle: I'm thrilled to get my first season in the pro peloton in the top division of pro cycling. I have a lot to learn, but I'm ready for the challenge ahead of me!

Our first incoming via a transfer deal is part of a swap where we parted ways with Martin Papanov and a fee of 225k to acquire a young talented climber from the British Isles.
Max Poole | Age: 23 | Lvl: 3.04 | Wage: 190k | FL | MO | MM | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CB | SP | AC | FT | DH | PR | | 67 | 73 | 71 | 69 | 64 | 72 | 71 | 71 | 55 | 61 | 68 | 74 | 70 | 63 |
Poole: I was a bit surprised when I was told I might be moving teams after just my first season, but I think I landed in a really good place. I'm excited to potentially ride in a Grand Tour and learn from a rider like Tadej.

Poole is a very valuable piece for the future, especially for a PT team, I'd say. Odds are low we'll see him a lot on the attack after a couple of years, I feel |

It's been the announced calm transfers for you, but those two riders are nice additions nonetheless!

Impressive swap to get Poole. He's a very strong talent.

The future always feels far away to me, but yes. A good climber is always handy to have

I'm not a gambling person, but I think odds can be high. Unless he's riding with Pogacar maybe

People refused to believe we'd have a calm transfer season

We take a slight step back this season, but hopefully reap the rewards later.
