Waiting eagerly to see what you'll end up with. I am betting on back-to-back promotions, just to put some pressure on

Don't think this is possible currently! but you do never know especially if the right riders fall again. I just don't think there will be a Basso out there this year as guys will know what to look for a lot more now.
The highly anticipated rider availability post can be found below:
| Nat. | Name | FL | MO | MM | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CB | SP | AC | FG | DH | PR | OVR | Age | Wage | Availability | | Moscon | 71 | 73 | 77 | 80 | 66 | 76 | 77 | 75 | 53 | 60 | 73 | 71 | 69 | 70 | 76.89 | 32 | 245000 | Good offer only(800K) | | Langellotti | 72 | 72 | 75 | 77 | 67 | 76 | 71 | 76 | 59 | 67 | 74 | 73 | 69 | 66 | 75.66 | 31 | 115000 | Yes (400k) | | Fortunato | 66 | 75 | 74 | 72 | 61 | 72 | 75 | 76 | 58 | 62 | 68 | 74 | 66 | 61 | 73.17 | 30 | 50000 | Maybe (200k) | | Romele | 70 | 59 | 64 | 68 | 62 | 72 | 68 | 68 | 71 | 72 | 71 | 69 | 63 | 60 | 71.15 | 23 | 50000 | No | | Sandri | 73 | 67 | 67 | 66 | 66 | 71 | 68 | 68 | 64 | 66 | 68 | 73 | 72 | 67 | 69.31 | 25 | 50000 | No |
Really didn't want to take on basically any wage that was unnecessary as this step is probably the biggest in the game going CT to PCT so only the 5 riders left.
Pretty happy with all so slight availability across the maxed guys Langellotti is probably the most likely to leave to go to CT or be a PT domestique/break specialist |

Wow, what a culling. A lot of riders entering the decline so probably expected to some extent but still a lot of new cap space. curious to see what you make of it!

Holy hell, there's a cluster of us promoting and carrying very little up with us. Free Agency is gonna be a clusterf*ck that disappoints a lot of more established teams hoping to strengthen but with less financial flexibility.

I have full faith that this teardown was warranted and will be replaced with something even better. The PCT meta will change with your will.

I can't question anything when it comes to this team, I only expect good things happening. Moscon is a quality leader to bring to PCT if he is kept around.

Will be interesting to see your post-transfer squad! It's clearly a big re-vamp.

Sadly this may be a move this season - what a way you did things last seasons finding the right budget riders to make a fantastic team. I'm sure you have a similar plan in finding the right price for riders along the way in 2026.

Time to build the PCM 24 maxxed roster for PCT?
That wage cap is a joke!

Yeah and a lot of that is just PCT is a different beast to CT so different things work and don't so needed to move a lot of guys on
of course he's probably got a team for life

i mean i hope not or the random italian young rider suddenly getting 150k for being italian will be well happy with himself

Erm maybe I think there's a plan that may work transfers be highly important this year tho

Yeah very likely stays and just will do the same thing as last year mopping up 4th-10th places in those longer classics
Hopefully its something like what the plan is theres a couple of fluid bits that should be okay to grab something for but you never know. Mandatory TOA scares me a little

These italian talents just got their 2nd big payrise of the day theyll all be jumping for joy
Yeah plans pretty much set now Moscon is one part of it but we need a few more I don't think we will be near to relegation zone if it comes of but how high we can go who knows |

Really not looking forward to see you on PCT. It's already bad enough to get those anoying blokes who relegated from PT I don't need another savvy manager making me look bad. You managed to crush the division with freaking Fortunato on the squad
Anyway, hope to to see you on the trenches out there, or at least for the odd chat.

These former-PT-managers-returning-with-a-new-project sure don't mess around in renewals Excited what you do in PCT.

Pretty slow start to the transfers for us so far, as we bring in one leader, 2 guys for C2 racing and 4 talents of the late developer and young variety.
Very happy to start with Lapeira who will lead us in hard flat classics and cobble classics this season his well rounded MM/HI stats also should give him a good chance in those harder cobbled races with climbs.
Gabburo has been signed for a particular hilly race in C2 we are hoping to go to. With his versatile stats theres a chance he might accidentally grab a couple of top 10s as well.
Noppe a bit of a leadout rider who will mix c2 racing as well he adds a body in the leadout train if nothing else.
Bettles has a well roudned profile while having the manager favourite high stamina attached currently want to add some more climbing to him at max along with the full ST boost.
Turner will make up into a good TTT/COB piece in the long term with the added HI being okay benefit theres a chance he would be able to score in C2 races as well.
Onto the main two riders so far. Belletta is a personal favourite for this manager really well suited going forward to Ronde with his current stat make up he will even be very strong in all PCT classics until we get there with him being a likely CB training target too.
Chesini arrives with a great balance in MM and HI probably lacks the longer term upside of a Belletta but will max alreeady at a level to perform in PCT and his added SP/ACC in PCT fields a real positive

Can't say I'm surprised that you are picking up cool riders. Belletta and Chesini is obviously amazing talents. Both Bettles and Turner are cool hybrid domestiques that will score well if your leader is being dragged towards the line. Lapeira is very nice and could be a cool training option.
Adding these to Moscon makes for a very nice base.

Very good pickups, especially the level 1s, as already mentioned. Was expecting Gabburo to be someone you like somehow

Strong start. And we all know Lapeira is somehow going to finish Top15 of the PCT rankings because of the Bianchi magic.
