Welcome back everyone for the seventh season already of this team. Last year we managed to barely finish above the final relegation spot for the second year in a row. since we went quite high on several talents, we did not think this would have happened, before the season started.
Nevertheless, here we are. Before last season, the plan was to sell all non self developed riders over the course of two seasons, and continue only with the self developed guys. And that remains the plan.
The beautiful LPH jersey is also coming back for another season:

First of all, thank you Heine for this amazing tool. Below you can find the full overview of the team after renewals. Many wages went down, others only went up slightly. So that's good. Eight riders have a yes next to their name. Having a yes means I'm either definitely down to sell/trade, but also doesn't mean that rider will definitely be gone at the end of transfers. Having nothing next to the name doesn't mean they can't go at all costs, but it will be harder to convince me. More info on the eight riders with a yes next to their name can also be found below this table.

That's both a nice core and a cool list of availability. Probably not exactly the kind of rider that fits my plans, but you never know. And I really hope we don't clash in FA!

Wow oh wow...you're going to be busy. LOTS of pieces...but as you say, such a well-stocked cupboard that you won't need to say 'yes' to any lowballs.
I'm just glad the kit isn't on display in this HQ yet

As a team it is important to stick to your word, so we will continue what we started last off-season, and get rid of all of our non self developed riders. I guess Higuita was further developed at Los Pollos. Not mad at all about that ruling, love him where he is. I have to be honest, not sure I love you where you are - amazing effort to survive and now you are in a truly incredible long-term position having invested in the future and pulled out a great escape. Amazing managing and you will no doubt reap the rewards. Looking forward to how the project continues, it's something I have definitely considered myself five or so years ago but never followed through with. Love it, love the riders, and always love messaging in transfers even if nothing happens Best of luck, see you out there!

After long and careful consideration, LPH management have decided they will continue riding with the same jersey as last season. We're recognizable, people love it, and we have had great times wearing it.
Also, in a response to our dear friend quadsas, this is how we presented our project last season: "From now on the team will totally shift to having riders race for them that developed at least one year at the team."
