Waiting eagerly to see what you'll end up with. I am betting on back-to-back promotions, just to put some pressure on

Don't think this is possible currently! but you do never know especially if the right riders fall again. I just don't think there will be a Basso out there this year as guys will know what to look for a lot more now.
The highly anticipated rider availability post can be found below:
| Nat. | Name | FL | MO | MM | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CB | SP | AC | FG | DH | PR | OVR | Age | Wage | Availability | | Moscon | 71 | 73 | 77 | 80 | 66 | 76 | 77 | 75 | 53 | 60 | 73 | 71 | 69 | 70 | 76.89 | 32 | 245000 | Good offer only(800K) | | Langellotti | 72 | 72 | 75 | 77 | 67 | 76 | 71 | 76 | 59 | 67 | 74 | 73 | 69 | 66 | 75.66 | 31 | 115000 | Yes (400k) | | Fortunato | 66 | 75 | 74 | 72 | 61 | 72 | 75 | 76 | 58 | 62 | 68 | 74 | 66 | 61 | 73.17 | 30 | 50000 | Maybe (200k) | | Romele | 70 | 59 | 64 | 68 | 62 | 72 | 68 | 68 | 71 | 72 | 71 | 69 | 63 | 60 | 71.15 | 23 | 50000 | No | | Sandri | 73 | 67 | 67 | 66 | 66 | 71 | 68 | 68 | 64 | 66 | 68 | 73 | 72 | 67 | 69.31 | 25 | 50000 | No |
Really didn't want to take on basically any wage that was unnecessary as this step is probably the biggest in the game going CT to PCT so only the 5 riders left.
Pretty happy with all so slight availability across the maxed guys Langellotti is probably the most likely to leave to go to CT or be a PT domestique/break specialist |

Wow, what a culling. A lot of riders entering the decline so probably expected to some extent but still a lot of new cap space. curious to see what you make of it!

Holy hell, there's a cluster of us promoting and carrying very little up with us. Free Agency is gonna be a clusterf*ck that disappoints a lot of more established teams hoping to strengthen but with less financial flexibility.
*makes mental note to just minimum increase any rider you try to sign as a guaranteed way to success*

I have full faith that this teardown was warranted and will be replaced with something even better. The PCT meta will change with your will.
