Here's hope for a much better next season in CT! And once your self-developed riders get the results those will be even sweeter. But reduced to a CT salary cap it will be interesting how your approach in transfers will be.

After going back to CT we had to cut down the roster and reduce quantity and also just salary.
Some riders might be obvious why they are missing here but lets address the elephant in the room...
Romain Gregoire
After we saw what he demanded and what he was able to deliver the last season (0 Points, no highlights) we made him an offer we thought was fair. He viewed it different and so we parted ways really quickly. Yes he has awesome potential but he definitely wasnt worth what he wanted and we wont sacrifice the future of our project for one rider.
So this is the squad we go into next season and we are very happy with it. With this foundation it will most likely be a rather quiet transfer season for us.

Nobody is untouchable but like you can see nobody NEEDS to go also. We want a fair price otherwise they stay. Only exception is Radoslav Fratczak, we wanna loan him out for maxim him out. We prefer to develop everyone else ourselves but we are open to discuss loan deals for our LVL 3 guys also, LVL 4 are not able to loan.

Gregoire leaving for FA is a shame for you (and yes, it's not for me obviously :redface . But we'll probably have a talk or two in transfers anyway as there are still quite some interesting riders left, both for a loan or a full transfer.

Yes its kinda a shame but lets be honest all my own fault for just going to crazy last year, even with a huge paycut it would have caused trouble for our team and in the end it isnt worth it. It's a Team and not an individual sport so I prefer it like this. And honestly I am quite happy with my team now.
Sure, just contact me if you have any ideas. generally we are open to discussions.
And I have the feeling with some French teams having open budget and the potential future of Romain, he will get payed this year also

I probobly should say its sad and a shame to see Gregoire go, but my mum told me not to tell lies...
Will be interesting to see this season, as you said you prolly went a bit too crazy last season on talents and CT wage cap made it impossible. Will be interesting to see the end result!

Refresh, rebuild. A few good loan moves to open a bit more cap space and this team can bounce right back.

For sure a rough spot you find yourself in after last year's antics. Losing Gregoire is rough and a massive reset on the project as a whole.

Actually I disagree Yes would have been nice to keep him but in the end he would have been made into money most likely. Last year wasnt just Gregoire, he was the one who did get paid the most but not everything I build. Also I didnt get relegated because I got him, it was because of the concept, I would still have loaded it with tons of talent.
Its a nuisance but one I can easily deal with and like said before I am actually quite happy with my team now already.

I'm really curious to see how you re-jig the roster for either an attempt at going for PCT, or just re-stocking the cupboard with even more talents now that Gregoire is gone. Although we're not in the same division this season, I'll be eagerly watching to see how DeNa Roadstars comes together for the 2026 season

Gregoire must've been one greedy negotiator if the renewal fine would've exceeded the likely fee he'd have commanded, though I guess there's always a risk involved in such a calculation. Glad to see you're happy with your squad either way. You should definitely have a bunch of highlights and Cras is a rider who could lead a team into a CT promotion battle almost on his own
