PCT Ranking Update #9 - Teams
A quicker version this month as I've been away all week and I see time will run away from me today, prioritizing to get it out.
We see Zwift - Newton Foundation with the best month, followed by Ekoi - Le Creuset and MOL Cycling Team.
On the other end the weakest teams this month has been (once again) DeNA Roadstars, followed by Gjensidige Pro Cycling Team and IESE ProCycling Team. We will have to say that DeNA and IESE are ready for CT next season!
Talking about the bottom of the table there ahs been no mayor changes there, 7 lowest teams on the table are the same as last month with noone chaging places. Biggest falls this month is Gjensidige Pro Cycling Team (to 12th), Bralirwa - Cegeka (to 16th) and Bolt - Eesti (to 5th) while the biggest climbers are Hunter Valley Cycling (to 9th).
Ekoi - Le Creuset takes over the lead, while DK Zalgiris falls to 2nd. MOL Cycling Team climbs into 3rd while the last top 5 team stays in their positions in Assa Abloy. With the their current score, and the predicted score I believe it will be very hard to beat Ekoi now and my guess is they will win the division.

PCT Ranking Update #9 - Individual
We got a new leader as a great Romandie takes Matteo Jorgenson into first place, climbing all the way from 7th and just getting in front of Bryan Coquard. Great showing from the newly promoted teams here.
Another rider climbing is Caleb Ewan who is now the 3rd highest scorer in PCT making it 2 sprinters in the top 3.
There are only 2 new riders in top 10 this month. Marc Hirschi comes in on 9th after Japan Cup while Suranga Ranaweera takes the last top 10 spot. Biniam Girmay and Alexey Lutsenko the riders falling out of top 10

Much shorter version from me this month, just no time today and prioritized getting it out before the weekend

Thanks for the update, Heine!
We're back at the top, but I'm not quite so sure we'll stay there. Quebec was already a bummer and the Maroc startlist also doesn't give too much hope. South Africa could be another strong showing though, so it might come down to Emilia and APP has been hit or miss in the classics this season.
The fight for the last save spot will be fierce!

Hmm, the point gap to 6th place seems good, so i hope we can stay at a top5 place. Altough the first race from october went very wrong, i have some chances in Maroc.
Thanks for the update, Heine! |

Woo, Jorgenson climbs to the top of the rankings with his last race of the season (well, the ones he can get points in). Our safety looks very much secure now. Team goal was a Top 10 but doubtful we reach that unless Elosegui surprises everyone in Maroc.
Thanks for the update!

Thanks for the update, Heine!
Decent month for us. Baltic Chain Tour was a bit below par, but otherwise we can be happy with our performances. We're off to a good start to October in Canada as well, so promotion is looking good, but it's still to early to celebrate.
The title fight is still very much on between Ekoi and Zalgiris and will be interesting to follow in the remaining races!

Thanks Heine for taking over on such short notice, much appreciated.
7th is obviously a great spot so far. With possible disbands it would to awesome to keep, but McCormick and Hunter are coming with (higher) speed Interesting times!
Ekoi is looking good for the overall win

Cheers for the update Heine! A good month for us on a PPRD basis. So even though we dropped to 17th (and 18th after Quebec), I think it's nearly time to call it for another season in PCT!
Objective secured, even though none of our team goals were met
KB and quadsas have really cracked the code this season with jaxika's MOL also coming in hot. Congrats to all of those who are in the running for promotion, automatic or not. The final 2 relegation spots are extremely tight, so good luck to the teams involved.

After our month I feel we did not deserve to stay in eleventh. Top ten is still achievable in the final month

This is too close and unfortunately I think it's going to end with us going down.

Assuming 7 is a promotion spot, we have a chance. Which really wasn't something we expected. A few more race days than Laurens, but I think those are in South Africa which has a huge range of possible outcomes. Either way we look safe for our top 10 goal which is nice.
Looking great for Ekoi. JT has obviously found the magic this year but I think KB has to get a lot of credit for some really astute acquisitions.
